Horrible company, avoid at all costs.Twice I've received broken merchandise and numerous emails have not been answered. Also I bought what was supposed to be a musical grab bag that was mainly an exercise video.I sent an email about that and it too was ignored.

I purchased four things during a sell-off. Two hadn't arrived a month later. I had tried two emails, then filed a PayPal dispute. They never once responded. One of the two items did arrive yesterday (40 days after purchase), but one dispute is still open. Terrible, awful customer service. Too bad, because I would be a loyal customer otherwise.
