If they looked solely at the numbers, Adorama would have cancelled my recent order for Sony rechargable batteries that turned out to be a pricing mistake on the part of the company. However, Adorama went way above and beyond and said "we made a deal with you and we are sticking to it even though we'll lose money. To me, that speaks of integrity and honesty. I wouldn't have thought less of them if they cancelled the order, but I definitely think higher of them that they didn't. I'll be checking their website in the future and making my purchase through them if I can.

Adoram EARNED my respect, and future business. They had an item for sale, aa and aaa enloop type Sony batteries. They were listed @$5. I bought 2 of each. Soon after I got a notice that the item was a price error, that it was sold out, and that the price reflected a below their cost price. BUT they agreed to honor any reasonable purchase request. A week later I got my email that my batteries shipped. The Moral...don't be a pig with price errors and MAYBE the business will treat you right. AND A store that admits it was in error and STILL fulfills and order deserves patronage by FW'ers

I have spent many $1,000's here over many orders. Never a problem.

Simply the best place to purchase cameras and photographic equipment. Great prices and service...I've bought two used lenses that I didn't like, and they took them back with no questions asked. As always, I received great service on my new purchases, and unlike many other NY camera stores, their service was friendly with no high-pressure sales tactics.
My strongest recommendation.

Attention! Bad experience with this website. I bought 2 CF cards in Jan. 2007 and only received 1 in the package. I contacted them and asked them to check their warehouse, and got the following response: "Based on the UPS weight there were definetly two cards shipped out."
My God! You know that UPS's smallest scale is 1lb. I think only if I buy 10 cards can achieve 2lb. Damn it! Never do business with it again!
