I've ordered several times from Endless.com and every item ordered was received the next day exactly as expected. Shipping via next day air is free. Whenever I've returned an item, usually because the fit was not exactly right but sometimes because I did not like the shoe style, the return shipping was free and there was no problem whatsoever with receiving a credit to my account - which was credited the same day that endless received the return. They have a 110% price guarantee which I have taken advantage of multiple times. If you can find the same item you've ordered at a lower price on another website withing 14 days they will credit you with 110% of the difference. They respond very quickly to price guarantee claims - often within one hour of submitting it in my experience. This in effect makes them the cheapest site on the web for the shoes that they stock. Others may carry a larger selection of shoes but no other site matches their combination of speed of delivery and price.

First off, I want to say that I would order from Endless.com again because I love getting things shipped overnight at no extra cost (actually right now, all O/N shipping is $5 off). Also, their customer service reps are friendly and they try to take care of you. The selection is decent and when comparing prices to places like Zappos.com, Endless.com's prices are usually lower or the same, but hardly ever higher.
That said, I have definitely had my share of problems with this site. I placed orders with them five times. The first two times I had flawless transactions and I received my orders the next day in perfect condition (awesome!). One of the times, they emailed me the next day to tell me that the item I purchased was out of stock so my order was cancelled. Another time, I received an order confirmation that stated that my item would be available to ship a month later (this was after the website noted that the item was in stock, and well, I was expecting that item the next day not in a month!). I guess these things are not too big of a deal since I didn't really lose out on anything (except some cool shoes I wanted). The fifth time, the shoes I received were definitely worn and gross. The seams were falling apart, the box was gross. Glue from the shoe was oozing out. The service guy was great and was going to send out another pair, but the shoe was no longer stocked. Ugh. I mailed the shoe back (at their cost and really no hassle except that I did drive to a post office to drop it off). I received a credit a little over two weeks later.
I think the positives outweigh the negatives. I say that now, but we'll see. 2 out of 5 isn't a good track record. But I do trust that they won't rip me off and the overnight shipping has been awesome.
