I was kind enough to keep the membership. But recently they really push hard for buying more coffee: They sent out my delivery 2 month in advance; they try to send you 4 additional great coffee unless you call hard to decline. After I cancel my membership, They never never replied my emails about billing issue. Unacceptable.

If you cancel, be sure to call back next day to confirm. I cancelled and still got shipped more coffee. It was 2 months before I received my credit

I received my Grind and Brew after a long wait and was very pleased with the way the Customer Service handled my cancellation. I was treated politely and with respect. I don't care for the coffee, but I'm a Peets devotee and that makes me biased! But don't be afraid to try Gevalia because they have good CS and they do deliver!

I signed up for their "free offer" for the Grind and Brew on Mar.30. After several verbal confirmations from their customer service that the product was in-stock and would be shipping within a week, I have yet to see the darn thing.

I order the free coffee with the mugs, robe and cansiter, two months ago. Got everything I order, and I have to say the coffee is really good. I order the French Vanilla and the Vanilla Nut. Very creamy coffees. Customer service was also helpful, when I told them I was moving and that I would call them back to set up my auto delivery. I can't wait to get more of this coffee.

Gevalia renegs on their "free offer" for the Grind and Brew. Strings customers along for a month when they knew they were not getting any more. False advertising/bait and switch tactics. Crappy web site.
