I have tried three times from overstock. But every time is just a disappointment. Every time I was "tempted" by their "low price" posted on their website. But when I get the actual products, I could not stop regretting about my decision. Their products are poor quality, similar to the products in one dollar shops. Also, they use fake pictures to tempt you and you always get nothing like you see on the website. And it is almost impossible to get reimbursement. To send back the product, you also need to pay for the shipping fee since it is your decision and fault to trust them.

Love Overstock -- prices are competitive (not for electronics), customer service is top-notch -- I've had a few glitches with the items they shipped but each time they resolved my issues quickly by sending replacement items/parts to me. Highly recommended!

I like overstock but BEWARE! Their MSRP's are very very wrong. For example, their black penguin humidifier says $199.99, overstock price $69.99, but actually WalMart and other stores have it for less than $30. Their Jewelry MSRP's are also very wrong. For example, they once had the Cartier love bracelet (retails at Cartier for about $2900) and sold it for $2599 saying that the MSRP was $5999.
Just do your research beforehand to see if you're really getting a deal, and overstock would be great. Otherwise, it can sometimes be a ripoff.

I can't say enough about Overstock. I send all my friends and family to them, Whenever I had a problem they helped immediately and with great assistance. I am a club O customer and I just think Overstock is the best

I bought a pearl necklace from them. They charged me without sending my order to me. I waited for two months and finally I have to call them. The answer is they never mailing my order to me for limited stock.
Finally they issued the money back to my credit account and service of CSR is very nice. However, I'll never place any order from them again.

I purchased a Card reader from Overstock, without much concern as I have purchased from them before…. But the Card reader I received was poorly made…..and It was not a cheap reader (25 dollars)., it was so poorly made that a SD card would not even fit in the reader. I have owned several readers and do understand how they operate, but Overstocks customer service keeps telling me that’s not an item that can be returned without a customer reps approval and to give them 2 days for one to contact me……well that 2 days is now 6 days, and still now info on how to return the reader. While the prices may be fair, the customer service is terrible…. I would advise if you are considering a purchase of something that may need returned , You avoid Overstock.

They screwed up my order from the very start. I ordered a bunch of DVDs and they never applied my discount. I contacted support and explained situation. They said the discount didn't include "media"... but the discount disclaimer on their website made no mention of it. (I've got a screenshot) "Sorry", they replied, "but we still can't apply the discount". Talking (on several occasions) to customer support was like talking to a wall! Their replies were scripted, and had nothing to do with my questions. To make matters worse, they only shipped part of the order. I patiently waited for the remainder then finally decided to contacted them. They apologized, and said they would ship the remainder right out the next day. I check the status today... they CANCELLED the rest of the order! This is by far the absolute worst experience I've ever had in ordering anything on the Internet! I will never do business with Overstock again! Save yourself some aggravation, shop elsewhere!
