I found a Fujitsu laptop that was $2400 everywhere else, at Fry's for $1200 and placed the order. Moments afterwards they changed the price to the higher one, but honored my purchase. I had it in less than 24hrs and at a GREAT deal! My experience with online purchasing through Fry's was stellar!

Placed a order for new Powerpack. Got a refurbish one. Returned back to frys.com. Lost $30 dollar in shipping. Don't go for the low price it is a scam.

I never heard of Fry's till I went to Fat Wallet....I ordered a MIO GPS on Mon 4/30, (free ship and no tax to me in FLA) Expected it in a week to 10 days...It was here on Thurs = 4 days total...was playing with my new "toy" that evening..Great service....

Ordered memory on April 19 another on April 20.
Both boxes came on April 23. One box has nothing but packing slip no memory, another one was with open manufacture pakaging(returned item) ordered new both. Told to wait up to 10 bussiness days before they research, for a credit for not send item. Very bad expirience. Customer service is bad. Did not even said sorry. Had to call a few times to get a hold of the supervisor.

I ordered a case and PS, the case was $40 with free shipping and the PS was $40 with $8.10 shipping. They deleted the PS with no explanation but still charged me shipping for it. I sent multiple e-mails and finally cancelled the $8.10 on my credit card. 29 days after my first e-mail they finally responded that the PS was discontinued, no mention of the fact that they charged me shipping on it anyway. It is still on their site and the price has even changed a few times so if it is discontinued then they are purposfully defrauding people...

I odered the Emprex 32" HDTV online, Almost immediately I saw that is was backordered AFTER the website accepted my order and did not warn customers. I waited a month and started to send emails. The third one was answered was no info on the status of my order. I called and stayed on hold for 20 minutes until someone picked up. The customer rep could not find out anything about the status of the item. They were supposed to contact the manufactoer to find out when they would get more in. I was promised a email that day with a stocking date for the TV. No emails came. the next day, I wrote in to cancel the order. I have written email confirmations that the order wa cancelled which I will save just n just.

I actually went to TigerDirect and found a slightly better TV for the same price with the rebate. The TV came 2 days after I ordered. I was in perfect condition. Now I am worried about the rebate because there have been some bed reports here about that.

I bought a HP laptop and paid for 2 day shipping expecting it to be in my possesion within a week. A few days later, I check the status of my order and notice that is back orderd-a fact they forgot to mention when I was purchasing it online. I also noticed that they had raised the price of the laptop by over 200 dollars-surprise, surprise!Customer service is horrible. My first call was answered and dropped. Subsequent attempts(20) gave me a busy signal.They claim to answer emails in 24 to 48 hours-that's a lie!!-they haven't replied ina week. I went into the store and was informed that they have nothing to do with the online site even though they are all the same company???
Avoid Fry's Electronics like the plague.

Very bad experience. Had a computer ship with wrong amount of memory (256MB) instead of (1GB). Was on phone with them 5 separate occasions. The issue is still unresulved, and now they tell me that they don't have record of my earlier conversations and that the product is outside of warrentee period and that it is not their problem anymore!!!! Bastards.

Fry's is a dishonest enterprise that can't be trusted or relied upon. Great prices mean nothing when they cancel orders at will, without notice, and lie about the reason if you get lucky enough to reach someone in customer service.

don't trust any of fry's rebates.
Don’t trust any of Fry's or Outpost.com rebates.
I have bought a computer case – ione – by a MGE Company with a $20 rebate.
4 month later, after numerous inquiries attempts I have gave up. I went to BBB to file a complaint only to find that this company is marked as fraudulent…
It’s amazing that a chain like Fry’s can get involved with such companies.
Don’t get tempted by the rebates! Do your homework! Research! Most of the time, you will never see your rebates.
