I have placed a few orders with Shoebuy.com and I believe this is a sister company. I've had good experiences with Shoebuy.com but not with Bagsbuy.com. My first order was placed 5/8/07 and I received confirmation of order. Website said you should receive merchandise within 8 - 10 business days of order date. I called 5/11/07 and CSR told me I will get an email of shipment confirmation on 5/14/07. I never received it, so I called 5/15/07 and the CSR told me I should get the email that day. Nothing. I called 5/16/07 (6 business days from order date and merchandise has not shipped) and the 3rd CSR finally did something. He said my credit card went through and I was charged, but he didn't know why items have not been shipped. Within less than 2 hours after I called, I received my shipment confirmation and they made it up by sending 2nd day air. I believe Bagsbuy.com do not have inventory. Items are shipped directly from manufacturers' warehouses. I ordered merchandise for an upcoming trip and had factored in the 10 business days. If they had not upgrade to 2nd day air, I don't think I will receive merchandise in time since merchandise was shipped 6 days after order date. I do give them credit for making up by upgrading shipment method. I would be leary to purchase again.
