If you're tempted by their offers, protect yourself.

Use Paypal. Screenshot the descriptions. Film yourself opening the packages. If you haven't received the shipment on the day they say, immediately put in a complaint with Paypal.

This is a dirty company. The prices are sometimes tempting, and we're all trying to get a deal. Just protect yourself, and if they try to screw you, take them down.

FRAUD! How does this seller have anything over a 1 Star?!?!??
If I could give negative stars I would! Worst seller EVER! I have ordered three times through them, once for a cheap watch repair kit, which shipped, second for a Roku and they screwed up the shipping label (didn't put an address on the package) and the package was returned. Took 6+ weeks to receive a refund (they never reshipped the Roku because of some lame excuses). That was over a year ago, so thought I'd give them a shot with the new site and (hoping things had changed).
The last straw was for Christmas gifts this year on a Black Friday sale. They changed their website after the sale (they purposefully (IMO) omit product details and info so they can change the product descriptions and sale terms). I caught them because I took a screenshot of the product the day of the sale and they later added a line about the product not being avail for 2-5 weeks (original was 1-2 weeks) and also changed the description to state it wouldn't arrive until after Christmas (again caught by the original screeenshot on the day of the sale). These guys are nothing but fraud! They sell under 1Sale.com , 1SaleADay.com, 1SaleADay Android App, Ben's Outlet and a few other networked "deal" sites. Place is a TOTAL SHAM! BBB site has a "WARNING ADVISORY" for this seller and their reviews on the Consumer Affairs site and ResellerRating.com both reflect the same poor/non response, no results from calling and reoccurring shipments delayed or never shipped. Look it up yourself before you buy! The "low prices" & "good deals" are all a figment of their imagination! DO NOT DO BUSINESS!

The same as everyone else. Ordered 11/28/2013, nothing for 2 plus weeks, still in status of "processing", I've sent numerous emails and no answers just the automated response and the phone number (800) says they are not available due to the holidays. I've filed a dispute with Paypal where I paid from to get my money back. This will be the last time as they are more trouble then what they are worth. There are plenty of other online retailers with deals that ship in a timely manner. You might want to do the same.

No communication after the order is placed. Did not ship for 5 weeks on in stock item. They even ran a sale on the product 5 weeks later. I will never buy from them again. Disputed with paypal and now filed a claim.

You will regret buying from 1SaleADay.com, bad products, worse customer service. Go ahead try your luck. I'm currently asking for refund since they have not ship my order for over 3 weeks.

If you order from them be sure to use PayPal. It's the only way to get your money back. They have a lot of trouble getting orders out of their warehouse. If you're lucky they'll tell you they're experiencing "unavoidable delays" if you're not they'll just ignore you. Unless you feel you don't have enough aggravation in your life I would avoid this outfit. The chances of getting what you ordered in usable condition are about 1 in 4.

Received broken item. Immediately emailed their customer service. Took then 10 days to reply and I was referred to use the manufacturer's warranty. Which of course doesn't cover an item that was broke during shipment. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY YOUR ITEM ELSEWHERE BECAUSE CUSTOMER SERVICE is NON-EXISTENT! And they DO NOT stand behind what they are selling. Prepared to be ripped off and you will have to file a charge back with your credit card company to get your money back.

I ordered an item off this site and 3 days later it said it was shipped, but there was no tracking number in the column where it should have been. I sent multiple e-mails with no response up until yesterday when they finally gave me the tracking number. In the meanwhile, I was getting paranoid based on these other negative reviews I've read. In the end I received my product 12 days from when I ordered it. Their prices seem to be the lowest around, but they need a lot of improvement in the customer service department.

This place is a TOTAL ripoff!! I have sent 10 emails and am getting NO response. Don't EVER order from this site. No way to contact them except e-mail and the will not respond!

Oh, and in response to an earlier comment, 1SaleADay only ships to your Billing Address at this time.

If you get an AVS error, your address must match that on your credit card.
