OK.. Usually i LOVE Old Navy.. But they deleted my CashBack amount.. So i placed my order.. they sent it... but now they will not give me my Cash Back... That sucks.. So.. in ohter words.. they are THEIVES!!!

Most of the clothes I buy for my family are from the Old Navy clearance section and we love it! The website is easy to use, there's always coupons for free shipping & $$ off. The store is all around awesome.

I love Old Navy. There is nothing bad to say about it. The shipping is $5 and super fast. The Bargain section is my favorite. You'll find great deal there. The website is easy to use. So fast, it's one of my favorite place to shop.

When my package had been opened prior to arriving at my residence, two pieces were missing from my order, which is most likely not Old Navy's fault. After contacting customer service, they were very understanding and they re-sent the two missing items which arrived two days later. That has not kept me from ordering from them again. They have cute children's clothes at reasonable prices.

I'm disappointed in Old Navy's sale pricing. It is virtually the same as Gymboree sale pricing, and Gymboree's quality is much higher. I shop Old Navy brick & mortar when they have additional % off clearance prices sales, but I've never seen them do that online. Maybe I just missed it. Disappointed; would rather shop Gymboree.

this is by far one of my FAVORITE online stores. their 'bargains' section is amazing! speedy shipping, excellent quality, easy returns, with the option of returning to their stores. GREAT bargains! GREAT customer service. top notch!
