I received a call at my office from the number 866-384-4618 ext 7278 It is an Office Depot sales representative offering discounts on products. That 's the reason I shop at OfficeDepot. She's always here to help me placing order, return, or if i have an exchange or an issue. She gave me discount time to time and she always sending me free gifts. I don't know how to be qualified to have an account manager but last time I spoke to her she told me that she noticed that I order on regular basis that's the reason why... the good thing is that they are located in the US.

My worst experience shopping, online or otherwise. Bought a hard drive online, went to the store, said they never had it in stock and it was a mistake (not on their part) that it was listed as in-stock. After 20 minutes, manager gets me on the line with customer service, who says they have different inventories and can't access them (though I can access it from their web site). Anyway, they say they will cancel my order and refund me. Manager says another store has the drive avaialble, same price, they'll hold it for me. So I go to the other store, and they say they don't have it either, got the wrong item. They find another store that supposedly has the item available; it's on hold now.
3rd store, they have the product, I go to check out, and it costs twice as much as what I originally ordered. By this time I just give up and go home.
2 weeks later, check my credit card statement, still no refund. Call customer service, they say check back in 2 days, and at that point if it's still not there they will request an expedited review. Don't know exactly why they need to "research" the incident when I never received anything. Checked back 2 days later, still nothing. Will expedite the incident and call me back. Well, 3 days later, still nothing.
I'll never shop at Office Depot again. And I'll never recommend it to anyone else. Whole situation should have been handled by the store ordering the item they sold me online, and having it shipped. Like most real stores.

I purchased online for store pickup - was out of stock. The store told us that the printer was dropship only. They gave other printer options but with the same price as the dropship printer. We saved $150 on the printer. Great instore help.

Nothing but drama and bad karma at Office Depot. Website prices aren't honored and/or items are out of stock. Store pick up is crap shoot. Retail store management is horrible in action and attitude.

Customer service is terrible! It sounded like it is out of country support center. I ordered a gps thru OfficeDepot.com and it said Delivery Nextday for free. At that same night, I checked the status it said it will delivery the next day. Waited 2 days and it hasn't showed up but the online stauts said Shipped by 3rd party, so I called custom service, they said the order was cancelled but I have never gotten any email from them about the order is cancelled. They have no ideal why it was cancelled. Very Disappointed. This is the 2nd times it happened.

I placed an order online and picked up instore. I was asked to go to 4 different people to process my order and waited 45 mins to get my single item. That's terrible! And their call center people just cheat to me. I used spent more than two thousand dollars every year in their store, but from now on No more business with them. Doing bisiness with them just waste our time, our money, our good feeling. So let's shop at Staples!

I am another unlucky customer. I used to shop at Office Depot until I realize how I was giving my money to a bunch of stingy and rude corporate people. Customer service does not exist in their stores. Their PM policy is rarely honored and I get major hassle from the employees whenever I want to PM even if its like only $5.00. I was in one day shopping for a laptop after seeing the Sunday ad and was liking one certain model. However, after an employee told me that that model had to be specially ordered, charged extra for shipping, and mail in rebates applied to received the offered price in the ad, I was like no I'll go somewhere else. He had the nerve to tell me that I wouldn't be able to find such a great deal anywhere else. I responded by saying I am pretty sure Best Buy is currently having a sale and I definitely will not have to wait for some stupid mail in rebate or special order. He was like yeah I guess that's true. But he had already damaged any benefit I had previously given Office Depot that they are an honorable store to do business with. WARNING: TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE!

I was angry with OfficeDepot.com. Their online order system didn't work for me. I placed my order 2 times but it never got through. Every time I called their customer service, I heard a different story. They told me my credit card was under credit review, my bank didn't authorize, blah...blah... I waited and called my bank, and did everything I could. At last, I gave up.

Using FatCash link, ordered a DVD player and box of paper clips (padding) together. They processed the items on two separate order #'s and reported just the paper clip order to FatWallet (1% of 0.31 = 0). When I had FatWallet investigate, they said: "Office Depot states this is a non-commissionable transaction." So I am S.O.L.
