Purchased more contacts and once again no issue. Wife purchased also and again no issue. The FW CashBack was a pain the first time and seems to be once again. May be my account because my wife's CashBack cane through fine.

Placed my order on Monday and by Thursday the correct order was on my doorstep. The whole process was flawless and the contacts were about 60% less than what my optometrist charges.

I had a good experience with them. Ordered Acuvue Moist 1 day lenses. Got them fast and with 4 years to spare on the expiry date that far exceeds my Hour Eyes batch. Pricing per box was $22 rather than $34 at Hour Eyes. Not sure if my FW Cash Back worked yet - time will tell. Interesting that there is only 1 rating at reseller ratings but many positives at bizrate.

Placed my order on Sunday night, got a shipping notification on Monday morning, and received the correct items in the mail on Wednesday.
Absolutely no complaints. I was skeptical after reading the reviews here, but had absolutely no problems.

They shipped me the wrong contacts and now I am having to fight the to return and get my money back!! Thank goodness I used AMEX for this purchase.
