They charged my credit card WITHOUT my permission after 7 months of transaction, saying that their system wrongly charged tax on my purchase.
I dig out my receipt and the tax was charged correctly at that time.
So this is the scary part - they can come back to charge you for whatever reason WITHOUT getting your permission, even after the transaction has been completed long time back.
I have filed a compliant on BBB.
BTW, I never successfully get through their customer service phone, and their email support is far from useful.

I ordered few items for christmas. Did not receive them . Followed up with customer care via emails. No luck ! so I called them to cancel the order and the representative told me that it is cancelled and you will get the credit back. On Jan 21st I got a package from LeapFrog and they charged my credit card. Horrible service.
