Ordered 2 dozen roses for Valentine's Day for my wife. 11 of 24 roses arrived brown, others turning brown or wilted. Wrote email to customer care with all details/specifics. No Reply. Later learned they had a posted guarantee for replacement / refund. Sent another email. Got a $10 discount offer on my next purchase!! I felt they did not stand by their guarantee. Won't ever recommend or use them again.

Site was easy to use and had a great selection. If the floweres get to my mom on the 9th and look good I will update my post.
