My experiences with Illuminations have always been good, whether buying in their B&M store or ordering on the internet. My itmes were shipped promptly, I got what I ordered, and everything arrived in good order.

Please stay FAR away from Illuminations. I placed an order with them a few months ago. My credit card was immediately charged. Several of the items I ordered ended up being sold out. They shipped what was available, but all of the items I ordered were included on the packing list as if they were in the box. It took me numerous emails and several months to receive credit for the items that were not delivered. They never notified me that anything was sold out. These people are crooks. Stay far away!!

I just received my order. Wow I have never been as disappointed as I am right now. The candles are wonderful smelling and the items are actually very nice. My complaint is:

I ordered a $50 gift box and the box is crushed. The pillar candles are supposed to be seperated in the box, and it actually ripped off. Looks terrible, especially for gift giving.

Second I ordered three of these melon pillars/candleholder sets. They do not come individually boxed, another wrench in my gift giving plan, and they wrapped the three holders all together, and it of course fell apart and now they are all chipped.

Lastly I ordered a "centerpiece". The picture shows the fake flowers in a vase. I went to reread it and it doesn't state anywhere that the vase isn't included, so silly me assumed they meant the whole centerpiece. Well what I got is some unarranged silk flowers.

I really am disappointed. What a waste of money.
