"Friendly Customer Care team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week" took almost 24 hours to reply to an email query, and even then it wasn't until I sent a 2nd one asking pointedly if everyone was away on vacation. By then the car seat I was having trouble with was out of stock (it arrived not only damaged, but also lacking a recall fix issued in ***2008***).
