	I had the same issue with not getting free shipping. 2 e-mails have gone unanswered in a week, and I haven't been able through on the phone number (just sitting on hold).

	Promo codes here don't apply sometimes. It says "free shipping" when you put the code in and in a shopping bag but I got charged in the end. If you contact with the customer center, they just ask you to call them.
