Outstanding post-purchase customer support. Called them & spoke to a real-live American after only 5 minutes on hold (days before Christmas). Rep. went above and beyond, fixed the problem, and came up with an outstanding solution. Would purchase again from them in a heartbeat... I'd even pay a slight premium.
