I oder from Joann.com all the time, not sure about their B&M store, but their site always have sales going on. Plus, I'm part of the free shipping club. All orders over $10 are shipped free. And I can stack coupons on top of the free shipping. Very cool. They ship primarily via DHL, which is a hit or miss. Sometimes, it takes them forever to ship, other times, my order arrives in a few days.

I gave them a high rating because I no longer need to drive 7 miles to my ACMoore or Michael's just to use one coupon off a single item. Most products are readily on sale at joanns.com. - usually at about 30% off retail.

Took almost 2 weeks to ship an order. WTF. This online store sucks, buyer beware of ordering online.

: Can not beleive the mess, boxes ,chaotic merchandising and lack of payroll, therefore no one to help you inside any brick and mortar Joann store. Can not purchase all the goods that are available in the store on line, so must venture into the store sometimes.In stores,a very sad display of fabric and it seems to be getting worse.Stock levels of regular product low or item is out of stock. Lots of seasonal junk with quality obviously deteriorating from prior years. The new FAST check out is a huge joke,when there are only 2 people working... who are they going to call to assist? another customer? What a shame what Joann has done to the OTC fabric industry. The best goods they offer can frequently be found in the "bargain"area, but then one must wade thru piles of junk and the poorest merchandising to get to it. Too bad there are so feew alternatives for the consumer.
