Horrible customer service. My order was lost by UPS, and when I called to check the status (before I knew it was lost), they told me it was "Out for Delivery". However, after the package did not come today, I called back, and asked for the UPS tracking number. I plugged that number into the UPS website, and it was "Out for Delivery" 6 days ago!! I called UPS, and they told me that the company would need to initiate the investigation. When I tried to call Jockey.com just before their closing time, I was in the hold queue. When the phone started ringing, indicating I would be speaking to a live person, the person picked up the phone and hung up, so he or she could leave work. I called back and got the "After Hours" message. How frustrating. Hopefully UPS can find my package!
