Terrible customer service. They placed 2 orders on my account without my knowledge and were rude and hung up on me when I called to have the orders canceled!! There is also no way on the site to unsubscribe or remove your account.

Woman Within placed an order on my account for 260.00 that I did not order. I simply called to see about a return and the rep. placed and order without my permission, resulting in a double order and extra itmes in the order. Charging my account twice , resulting in overdraft fees totaling over 100.00. Customer service was unwuilling to cancel the order and refund my money. Instead they pushed the order through and shipped it. Leaving me with the inconvienance of returning the item's, going to my bank to get statement concerning overdraft fees. Company is impossible to work with. I will never purchase from them again for this reason and also considering the quality of the clothes are poor.

I had used this store a few years ago and had an uneventful experience. Not so, this time. Merchandise took longer than promised to ship and wasn't sized as described in the size chart. I was hit with an $11.00 "handling charge" to return it, even though the product was not as described. I don't mind a handling charge if I just didn't care for it upon receipt, but when the problem is on their side, it approaches thievery.

Horrible F minus customer service. Paid for express (3 day delivery) item didn't come as promiised, wouldn't refund the extra charges.
Never again! Don't be ripped off like I was.

I'm very disappointed in this store. I purchased a coat for my aunt online 2 weeks ago. When the item arrived, the package just looked like a piece of crap. The coat was packed in a cheap blue plastic bag with holes in it and it was dusty. It was something that you just didn't want to touch, but I had to open it of course. When my aunt found the coat was too big, I returned it through UPS. Then yesterday when I got home I found that annoying package was returned back to me. I give up! I really don't want to touch or see that dirty package anymore. I don't even bother to find out it was Lane Bryant's fault or UPS's. I decided to donate it to the "Coat Drive". End of story. I will never purchase anything from Lane Bryant Cataloge anymore.

I received my order in less than an a week and everything was perfect. Used 20% off coupon code so it worked out well!

Lane Bryant catalog and Lane Bryant Store I have been told by the catalog, have NOTHING to do with each other. I too had a problem the first and LAST time I ordered from the catalog,I never got my order. <p>
I do not recommend ordering from the catalog. I also requested to be removed from catalog mailing list and 3 years later I am still receiving it! The catalog is a joke since all the models in it are a size 4, it is ridiculous! <p>

In regards to the Lane Bryant B&M you can finally buy online! I received a postcard that there is a selected items 50% off sale March 27-31, 2003. You can also purchase at the B&M or online and receive an additional 10% off by using coupon code 00103206 online, you have to have the post card to use at B&M. Same sale dates apply.

It's been two months since I placed an order and still have not gotten it! I contacted CS to let them know I hadn't gotten it after about one month and was informed that they had to wait a certain amount of time to track a lost order then they had to send me a form to sign before they could even investigate - they charge an outrageous amount for shipping and don't even send it first class. When asked about their shipping charges they were evasive - I'm very unhappy with their "customer service".
