I've ordered from Tiger for years. Always a smooth transaction. Easy to deal with. Customer service is good, even with returns or cancellations. I'd give em 9/10.

I both buiild new systems and repair PCs, and have been a TigerDirect customer for many years. They are awesome. I never worry about problems, because their customer service is excellent. The few times that I've had a problem with an item, I have had no problem getting a replacement fast, and with no cost. TigerDirect, you get 99% of my PC component business!

I've ordered quite a few times from TigerDirect and have always been pleased.

Recently I ordered a 42" LCD TV for a GREAT price (cheapest I found on the model) and it went in my cart with free shipping as well. Outstanding! I placed the order on Fri. 11/30 and they shipped it the SAME DAY. I noticed when the charge came through that they had gone ahead and charged me $99 for shipping. I called them the night before it was to be delivered because I planned to refuse the shipment if they didn't refund the charge. I had to sit on hold for 10 minutes while the CSR checked into it for me, but he was very nice and said they would certainly go ahead and refund the shipping.

The TV came yesterday (12/5) and was in PERFECT condition - not beat up, no dead pixels. They used Roadway to truck it to me and they were very nice and called the day before and the day of delivery and were there EXACTLY at 3 (they had given me a 3-5 window for delivery). Driver carried it all the way into my family room and let me unpack it to inspect.

A pretty great experience all around!

I have ordered thousands of dollars for my workplace and home from TD. They have worked out great for me! I always order through FatWallet to get the extra 3% off which adds up. They always ship very timely. I can get stuff within two days because I am in Iowa and they will ship from their warehouse in Naperville, Illinois. Their prices are pretty good and really good with rebates. I have gotten most of my rebates from them. Just make sure you get at least a certificate of mailing from the post office. TD has been great from their low prices to their fast shipping.

The worst store I ever met within my 3-year online experience. Lots of problems and troubles from their side. Send me email again and again ask me to call back. I did call. They just asked my order number and name then put me on hold. 10 minutes later another representataive picked up the phone and asked my name and order number and put me on hold again. Then I waited 30 minutes without anybody get the phone. Heard about their fraud before but never expect the customer service can be like that too. STAY AWAY even without rebate. They suck!

I bought a MP3 with two rebates of total $40. Both of them were processed by www.rebate-zone.com/TigerDirect. One of them got lost first ,and then 30 days later the rebate center sent another check for me. So I am happy with their service.

Biggest frauds out there. Talk you into buying a product with this great rebate. Product is not a great deal w/o rebate, so you are paying full price. You never get the rebate because they always claim you didn't send them the right forms, unit code or anything that will make you not eligible. I never have this problem with reputable dealers. Advice: don't buy anything that they tell you has a rebate. These guys are scammers, stay away.
