Horrible, terrible, go elsewhere. The worst Customer Service (non existent. Ordered music cd - took almost 4 weeks to arrive. Arrived cracked. Buy.com referred me to someone else to correct problem. They continued to send me canned responses on how I should not contact them for help. NEVER AGAIN.

This works like a scam site, They hide the invoice somewhere after showing some marketing links. If you dont read the fine print or are careless and click on the prominent Navigation button, you will end up subscribing to some scam which will change your credit card on a monthly basis. Yes they say they will give your credit card info to some 3rd part vendor.

I have never had a problem with an order and continue to purchase. I never use them for a rebate. I must also say that the REWARD program signup looks to much like the order completion forms. Becareful that program is only $12 per month! It is designed to lure you in! Just watch what buttons you click.

Do not buy from these guys, BIG WARNING*. They label items as new, ended up receiving refurbished products. They are unethical. I returned the merchandise to them and to this day it's been a month, still no refund. Tracking number states returned. Their customer service are non-existent. STAY AWAY FROM Buy.com.

Don't be tempted by the low prices. This is a SHADY outfit that fails to honor rebates half the time (not always, so as to keep people guessing) and engages in all manner of questionable business activities. For example, you get 14 days from the time they claim to "ship" the product to when it has to be handed to a shipper for returns. For some reason, it took them 11 days to get the product to me (again, a shady practice to discourage returns on high return items such as their refurbished junk which is always more defective than other suppliers for some reason), leaving me 3 days to scramble to the shipper for the return. I'm sure there are a number of other tactics similar to this they are masters at. Ask yourself, can 7 out of 10 raters be wrong? AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, I say. Go with reputable suppliers like Newegg and Amazon who stand by what they sell and treat their customers with respect.

Buy.com has inferior customer service, and they do not stand behind what they advertise. I ordered a package deal (camera and printer) that involved a rebate (both items had to be purchased in order to qualify). Both items were supposedly in stock. One item was sent (the camera), they cancelled the other (printer). I returned the camera, and I never received a credit for it. They would not resolve the issue. This was not the first time I have experienced poor customer service from Buy.com. There are many other online sellers to choose from, so I avoid Buy.com--if it seems like a good deal, it's not worth the hassle.

Scary outfit. I do a large volume of online orders each year and have very good results with both orders and rebates (e.g. tiger, Newegg, eBay, etc.).

My 1st three Buy.com experiences are mixed.

The first, a video card, went great and rebate paid off nicely.

The 2nd was a disaster. Bought the $200 24" LCD and Buy.com canceled it 24 hrs later saying my palpal account was not verified. NOT! - it has been verified for many years. Multiple email (!!!) queries to customer service came back with canned form replies ... basically they ignored me and my question / complaint.

A week of so later the 24" LCD deal came back ... now at $215. Yes, I'm a sucker. Ordered it. Was charged in minutes. No email notice of status. Three days later, finally the status page on web site now says "In the shipping process". Still no email.

My fingers are crossed.

Will post again when I see how the saga comes out.

I was really reluctant to use Buy.com after reading some of the things here; however, the price on a 24" Samsung monitor was impossible to beat.

I called around to a couple of friends who I knew did a lot of online wheeling and dealing and they had good experiences with Buy.com. I bit the bullet & less than a week after placing my order, the 24" monitor was on my door step.

I haven't opened it up to inspect it since it's a computer present but the box is correct.

I purchase a 24" lcd screen from Buy.com through eBay. The screen was shipped 10 business days later and arrived as a 17" - I returned it and got refunded 8 weeks later! Poor customer service, poor policies etc...

Order a digital camera from them and wait for 5 days not receiving anything response. Ask them why I still not yet get my stuff they say it's in backorder status when I place the order. There was no anything to mention that when I submit my order! They just tell me to cancel the order if I can't wait. I reply email but they have never replied! Didn't send my item and not even send me an email to tell me the status! Don't even tell me how long should I wait. Wait for 1 week, 1 month or 1 year??! Don't buy anything from Buy.com bad service I have ever seen!
