I ordered items from Blair and their offer of 50% on black friday did not apply; contacted their service department and was advised "Unfortunately we are not responsible for advertisements listed on affiliate websites which have expired or are not valid offers made by Blair. Please contact the website that advertised the offer in question for further assistance" This was their site under Fat Wallet. I never experienced this in ordering from other companies via Fat Wallet. As to expired time I ordered on that Friday!!!! Terry 1

I have shopped with Blair for about 10 years now. I have not ever had a problem at all. They offer great discounts on items and shipping. I think they are a great store.

Very disappointed with my experience with Blair. Unless you don't mind waiting for your order a while do not order from this company. Customer service is not available due to high call volume? No hold? No "leave a message"? Just "Call back later".

Watch out for this company unless you don't mind giving out your information for them to sell. After they get your information, they will cancel your order. Customer service admitted to me that they didn't have the stock, but continued to to sell anyway.

Should have listen to some of the advice here. The product is not as great as it seems on the web. It is made of lower quality. I guess you get what you pay for. Also, order cannot be cancelled after the day you ordered, once order is out to their shipping department, they will not entertain any changes in size or cancelations. It probably will be my last purchase from them.

Questionable customer service from this company. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing obviously. Ordered slippers 12/8/06 and received promptly. Four calls later, after being told they shipped, the didn't yet, they shipped, they didn't, I finally received the replacement slippers yesterday...almost 3 months later! Unacceptable for a company that is supposed to be a good one. I am awaiting their reply to remedy the situation and compensate me for doing their footwork.

I placed 5 orders. Out of the 5, only one wasn't on back order. It shipped USPS with no tracking number. I live in a condo where the mailman puts packages on the floor and goes.
I called and canceled all the back ordered items. They misrepresent their stock availability.

No problems with my first order. I ordered Aug. 29, it was shipped on Aug. 31, and I received it on Sept. 8. Everything is good quality, better than I expected given the prices. I will definitely order from Blair.com again.
