Well once again we made a large purchase at the Batteries.com website and once again we had to file a dispute for our Cash Back. Thanks again Fat Wallet tech support for resolving the issue. If you do make a purchase from Batteries.com make note of the date and remind yourself of the Cash Back or you might not receive it.

Their servers were hacked recently and I received a letter warning us of a breech of personal and financial information. Other than that they do have fast shipping, good prices, good customer support. Make sure to save your receipts and note the day of purchase for your CashBack. I have made three purchases and I have had to file a investigation all three times. The fat wallet team took care of the problem but it just seems suspicious that three different orders had problems with posting the Cash Back.

The ordering process was extremely straightforward, my order arrived within a few days, and the order contained everything that I expected. I will definitely be purchasing items from Batteries.com in the future.

Lots of products to choose from, good prices. On time delivery. Battery life only a few years for the AAA batteries - that is probably why the prices are so good!

I ordered a special - 50 Batteries.com alkaline batteries (AA and AAA). Using Duracell, I can play a CD on my player twice a day for at least two weeks time. Using Batteries.com, I can play one CD and a half - that's all!

Like MANY others, I purchased 2 Energizer UPS's listed as brand new. They arrived refurbished in a plane brown box. They falsly advertised this product and received a lot of dishonest business because of it. Stay away, you've been warned.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Order what was supposed to be brand new computer UPS. Recieved used and damaged without any original packaging. Product didn't work either. Customer service was unpleasant when I notified them. I will never, ever order anything from this company again and I suggest you stay away as well.

I ordered Panasonic Brand Alkaline AA 24 Battery Pack with 8 free never received. Called customer service said they couldn't send a replacement because they didn't have in stock, but would refund my credit card when I returned the batteries that I never got in the first place. Left message with supervisor who was out to lunch, they never returned call or refunded amount to my credit card. Haveing to file dispute with my credit card.

I ordered Enegizer MAX batteries in a 24 pack, with eight free batteries. What I got were 32 loose Energizer batteries. No pack and no MAX. I suppose you get what you pay for. Will look to pay a few dollars more and get SEALED batteries elsewhere in the future. Previous order I had contacted customer support because the item did not fit my Sanyo cell phone, despite the item description saying it would. Customer suppport did not bother contacting me back. I kept the item but this is the last purchase I make from this company.

I ordered NiMh batteries and they sent the much cheaper NiCads instead. There was no response to my e-mail and the number they give to call to gat a RMA is not well staffed. I have been on hold for almost an hour and still no one has picked up! Absolutely horrendous! If I hang up now, I will immediately call my credit card company to dispute the charge. Maybe someone from Batteries will be available then...
