Today I went shopping at a very expensive mall, and at every single store except for Brooks Brothers the salespeople looked at me like I was only there to steal something. However, in Brooks Brothers, an extremely nice gentleman answered every question I had and helped me decide what type of suit would be appropriate for certain occasions, what colors, etc., for me to recommend to my boyfriend. I was EXTREMELY pleased with the service, and I plan to keep that salesman's card on hand for all of my friends who will be looking for suits as they begin interviewing for jobs post-college.Not only do they have the highest-quality suits in their price range without a doubt, their service has absolutely been second to none.

Brooks Brothers is one of the few companies that I've added to my list of stores I refuse to patronize. I've had repeated bad experiences with their retail store.
I've never dealt with such condescending salespeople in a store where their products are overpriced to begin with.
As an example, I visited their retail store yesterday to take advantage of a 25% off sale. I found a shirt on display that I liked, asked a sales person where I could find the shirt in my size, and was told that a salesperson would have to get the shirt in my size ... that they didn't keep that shirt out on display. He walked away without offering to get my size. I asked another salesperson for the shirt, and he flipped it over to show me the $225 price tag. Heasitated, and asked if I wanted to try on the shirt. Why's it on display if they're not going to allow people to try on the thing?
I wouldn't buy the shirt for $2.25 at this point, and I refuse to shop at Brooks Brothers from this day forward. There are far too many reputable clothing retailers for me to waste my time with salespeople that are condescending and selective in who they'll allow to try their clothes on.

Remeber the coupon for $10 off $10? I used it a bunch and now have socks for work, a CD, and a wallet for about $10

Solid customer service. They are very responsive and eager to resolve issues. Though the prices are a bit higher than other clothing shops, I am impressed with the quality of their merchandise and the convenience of their online inventory. My overall experiences with BrooksBrothers has been positive and I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend searching for distinguished clothes. They have free shipping periodically, so try to take advantage of that when available.
