I have been shopping with Brylane Home a long time and have had nothing but the Best Service all around. Quality is great, Prices are great and I am a Happy Customer!

The product description is very poor. Ordered a comforter thinking it was a comforter set. This comfortor was listed in the comfertor sets. The product description said it included sheets pillow covers etc. But when I clicked to the card and added it and after receiving the product found there there is a different button with a higher price tag that needs to be clicked to get all of them. Messy and confusing website. Oh hell their return is $4.50 UPS drop off and $6.00 UPS pick up.

my order was supposed to come with a free phone based on the code I put in. When I only received the item I paid for and not the free phone, I contacted them by e-mail and then by phone. Customer service said they couldn't help me as they don't know when an item goes out of stock. My e-mail was also responded to by some nonsense about they couldn't make an adjustment because I hadn't input the code before checking out - which was untrue. In fact, on my receipt, the coupon showed as redeemed - they just never sent the free item. I won't order from them again.

I had an okay experience with them, standard shipping was still pretty fast (got it in 2 days). No problem using coupon, but did notice items go out of stock quickly. I wanted a few things that were no longer available 2 days later. Also quality is somewhat poor. Beads on a tablecloth came off first time I handled it (hadn't even gotten it on table). I got my items very cheaply, so I am okay with this, but I would never pay full price for something from brylane catalog.

I have placed my last order with them. I have had 1 entire order cancelled, without notifying me of it, and the second order, items were cancelled, which in turn cancelled out my coupon code, and I was charged full price for the 1 item left. I have emailed the company about this, and their response is that sometimes they aren't aware when an item goes out of stock. No comment on why wasn't I contacted about it. Horrible customer service.

They charge you higher amounts than the checkout process gives you, and when you call them to point out that you were charged more, they wont credit your account. The credit card company does fix it for you, but what a pain.

They claim its something they've never heard of...but this has been going on for some time.

Avoid, avoid, avoid.

My first order went ok. It is hard to get a deal at Brylane, the coupons barely offset the super high shipping. But the wife wanted a couple things from there. I did the best I could with $20 off $60 and FatCash.

Well, I ordered and used the $15 coupon. I'll update how it goes, I don't have high hopes. I will say their shipping is so ridiculous, a $15 coupon is pretty much just a free shipping coupon on many items.

Even though there was no trouble with my order, I should say that their ordering system is messy. The system has potential problem in accepting coupons, calculating shipping fee and reporting referral cash-back. If you are patient and try with different combinations, you can use it defects and save several bucks. But the feeling of dealing with an unreliable system is not pleasant.

Don't order from them.
They cancelled my order saying that the product was not available and didn't backorder. However, ppl who ordered later than me got the same product. The only reason was they didn't used a coupon.
