When I do price comparisons on craft & scrapbooking related products, Ritz [which operates under a couple of other names also] they have the best price more than 9 times out of ten, and I don't recall there ever being a time when something I wanted was out of stock. Recently, I received a pkg of specialty papers that appeared to have been opened, and 3, of the 30 papers in the package, removed. They emailed me a form to sign, for their insurance claim, which is a little more of a hassle than most stores seem to require, but they refunded the full amount less than 24 hrs after I faxed the form to them. The one relative weakness is the search" app, which is so literal that you may be out of luck if you don't know the exact name of your item. The selection of crafting and scrapbook items is very good, and the prices are so excellent, it more than compensates.

Ordered 5DII kit and got same email everyday asking me to call them to confirm. Well after confirming 5 times I still get the same email! That is not the worst part. Evenhough I was told that my order was confirmed 5 times, two weeks later they stealthily canceled my order! It is only when I called in to complain they said I used a paypal 5% off coupon that should not have been allowed on this camera. What a bunch of crooks. Don't waste your time with them!

I had no problems with this store. Ordered a SmartParts 11" digital photoframe and used Google Checkout to pay.

A nightmare to deal with. I'm not sure if there customer service reps are incompetent or in fact a scientific marvel of the worlds only talking chimpanzees. Talking to one of these clowns is similar to crawling through broken glass. I'm not sure which is more agonizing. For the sake of all humanity.... stay away. Far.. away.

STAY AWAY!!!! Ordered one VX Revoluation mouse, but they charged me price of two. No Email Confirmation while order, and no sale receipt. But without sale receipt, there is no way to send the rebate they promoted. BEWARE!!

STAY AWAY!! Ordered a digital picture frame and memory card to go with it. Showed available on the site, then two hours later received an email saying picture frame was backordered. Next day, got an email saying that frame order was canceled. To make things worse, they said they are shipping the memory card and will make a partial charge. Immediately called to cancel the whole thing (because don't need the card without the frame). They say they cannot cancel it and that even if I return it, the won't refund the shipping charge.

I'll never shop here again. BE CAREFUL IF YOU DO!

I've had multiple good experiences with this company.

I know the tide seems to be against that, but if you know that you need to be forceful going in, then everything is jut fine and dandy.

STAY AWAY! They show item in stock, then e-mail they don't have it and cancel your order. Item still shows in stock online, even after talking to CS. So, order cancelled, but credit card already charged and now I'm supposed to wait (maybe 2 billing cycles as they state) until they refund. Ridiculous!

VERY VERY POOR SERVICE!

Ordered a Tamron 17-50 f/2.8 lens from RitzCamera.com on December 1, 2006. I was unhappy with the quality control of the lens, so i contacted Ritz and had the camera lens sent back to Ritz at my own expense.

Ritz received the lens back on January 2nd, and as of the date of this writing (January 22nd), I have YET to receive a refund.

Almost a month (maybe more) to process a refund? WHAT A JOKE! Most retailers process a refund immediately, showing up online within 2-3 days. When i contacted Ritz, i was told most refunds take 5-10 days, but sometimes can take longer. When asked why mine is taking longer, they had no information.

I have gone ahead and disputed the charge with my credit card. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!
