I bought a 32" LCD HDTV on the website...first off buying the TV was awful it took me a few days and finally @ 1:45am the product became available to purchase again online. Okay...so once I bought the product the shipment was pretty fast. However, once the package was delivered everything went down hill. Circuit City did not request FEDex to have a signature so the package was left on my front step ALL day while I was at work...Have any neighbors that would want a free TV?? OR how about if it stormed today??? hmm..who's the brains behind this online shipment center?!? Okay...so not only did they leave the package all day (32" HDTV) but when I got home it had holes all over the box...The package was extremely damaged!!! Huh...so having been at work all day and getting home at 9pm...I call customer service and the guy tells me to just return at the store and they'll ship me a new one!!! Why the heck would I go through this process again!?! I would rather pay the extra cash and get something that might not be stolen or damaged!

Circuit City is Crap City, They have the worst ever customer service, The CC Rep's frames their own rules and reasons to reject coupons that they give to lure customers into stores. They want the entire e-mail which has the coupon not just the cut copon with bar-code and the next time they said the coupon will be applied on the Regular price and not on the sale price. I wish this company files for Chapter 11 and goes out of business soon.

They've got games advertised for Memorial Day for $9.99. But none of them are available Online they all say go in store to purchase. Just came back from 3 different stores (again). Couldn't find even one of the games they advertised. Circuit City has just become a joke. From the false advertising down to what has to be the most pitiful customer service ever.

Don't ever buy online from them. I bought a $20 coffee grinder. It didn't work, so i called them to have it replaced. it took about 30 minutes, they asked about 30 questions, and in the end they said I had to contact the manufacturer, even though I just received it in the mail from Circuit City that day. Then they said they wouldn't pay for return shipping when i got fed up and wanted to just return it. Shopping with them is not worth the hassle. Their voices all sound like a computer.

I hope that Circuit City goes out of business. They are a ripoff to consumers. why spend say $100 there when you could get it at an online shop for $40. They deserve what they get!

i ordered some PC games for in store pickup
Later they called me and told me my order has been cancelled due to product unavailability
I dont know why they accepted my order without having product available
i will never suggest Circuit City to my friends
iam frustrted and dissatisfied with the customer service that they provide

Ordered 3 items that had a 10% discount code in each item. When I applied the code it only gave me 10% off the lowest priced item. I read the terms and there was no mention of limitations. I called customer service and they agreed that each item should have been discounted but they said they were sorry and they would not give me the discount after putting me on hold for 20 minutes. I definitely did not get the items at the price advertised but I placed the order anyway because I didn't find them elsewhere.

I'm very dissatisfied and frustrated.

Ordered camera (SD870) online for store pickup. Web site showed in stock at the store. Went to store. Signed for the camera. Clerk came back - not in stock!!!
Manager said "I can't do anything about it". No consideration for customer inconvenience. No gesture to make things up or offer a replacement.

I used my gift card, merchant never be shipped, refund never went through. Do not shop with Indian speaker rep.

ordered a wrong item and cancelled immediately. I paid with gift card. All gigt cards were charged. I called up, was told CC will mail me a new gift card in 3 weeks. One month passed, never got any email or mail from CC. I called up today three times, 1st rep knew nothing, told me to call gift card hotline, 2nd rep told me the money has been refund to my gift cards, which is not true, they still have 0 value inside. 3rd rep told me a gift card ahs been mailed to me 4 weeks ago. He said he is going to report it to CC and somebody will call me for lost gift card and do investigation. I ask the rep why I never received any email confirmation regarding the refund, he just repeated "sb will call you" and disconnected. I am really disappointed.
