BUYER BEWARE! They charge your credit card as soon as the order is placed. If they can't fill the order you will not get your money refunded immediately.

I ordered over $700 worth of blinds from them. They called the next day and said they couldn't fill the order, so I told them to cancel and credit my card. They said they would immediately. Three weeks and multiple phone calls later I still don't have my money back!! NOWHERE on their site do they tell you that if THEY can not fill the order you have to wait weeks to get your money back. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company and contacting the CA Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau.

So BEWARE if you decide to order from them!!

I ordered a set of blinds two months ago
1st> the extension brackets weren't sent and
2nd> the blinds were cut too large
3rd> the next set sent were too large again
4th> blindsgalore let my order sit in the factory for two weeks before fixing the situation

Finally - when the blinds were sent to me the third and final time, the cut was crooked and did not fit in it's own end-cap properly.

The trouble caused was not worth the money saved.

It should not take two months, four shipments, and a dozen phone calls to obtain one set of blinds.

I can't believe how fast my blinds got here! I ordered on April 30th at about 10PM and all 22 of my blinds were delivered yesterday May 7th. That's 7 days, and just 4 business days. I don't know how they do it. Iunpacked everything and it all looks great! I can't wait to put them up this weekend.

My only complaint is there order tracking system. It won't give you any information until 5 days after the order (business days). When I checked it the morning my blinds were delivered it said they wouldn't ship until the 12th. I don't know how they could have so much wrong information. But since they are so fast, I guess it doesn't matter.

I made some measurement checks and it seems they take off 1/8" form your measurement for the valence width, and then another 1/4" for the blinds width (inside mount horizontal blinds). My only suggestion is to make sure you think about this when placing your order. Depending on the irregularity of your windows, you could end up with a valence that may have too much gapping on the ends. Measure in 3 places like they say, but if there is too much variance in your numbers, think about how much they take off or if you need to do some shimming.

Other than that, everything so far has been great!

This store has some pretty good prices. We got our solid wood Levolor Blinds for half of what most stores sell them for, plus free shipping and no tax to boot. They'll beat any advertised price by 5% too. Where they realy shine though is customer service. One of our blinds shipped misthreaded. Since the product ships directly from Levolor, it was not their fault. I called Blinds Galore on Sunday night and left a message about the problem. They called me at work the next day and apologized and said they would fedex me a new one. As with the misthread one, they said to keep it or donate it to charity. While on the phone, I mentioned that I felt our headers were too short because I didn't compensate for the bow in the window frame when measuring. He said it would be no problem and sent me 5 new longer headers, still no charge and no shipping. This is really a store that appreciates their customers.

And no I don't work for them or receive any compensation for this, It's just the first time I've been inspired by a company to praise them and now I have a place to do so.
