I was looking a long time for a good price on a 32" Samsung. OneCall had a great price and I felt very comfortable based on their ratings and reviews. Ordered on 12/22 and it was delivered free on 12/26. Double boxed and in great shape via FedEx. I would recommend them highly.

Yea RIGHT! Another on-line rip-OFF liar! Placed an order for 4 Sony cameras and the order went through and then they call to say sorry we do not have those in stock and we will not be getting them BUT HOW ABOUT THESE FOR A LOT MORE THEN THE ONES YOU WANTED? These guys use the bait and switch con and I will never buy from them again! ONE-CALL stands for they call you back and try and sell you something they do have at a higher price. STAY AWAY!

Same exact experience with "Security Requirements" as balgijs. Manager said flat out they don't make enough money on the sale to care about getting an order or explaining themselves.

One of the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever com across. Im placed an Order for Nikon D80 with 18-135mm on Saturday. Called on Monday morning and they said order was shipping that day I even received a mail regading that. Same evening went online to check the status of the order and niothing showed up for the order number. On calling the custmer service for tracking and am told order failed their Security check with no further explanation. They wouldn't tell what the security reson was..OneCall.COM and their prices are a big SCAM.
On resellerratings.com too I found that some customers had similar experince.

I ordered a DVD from them on 12/7/06, which was to be a Christmas present. Still haven't received it, and the third time I called them (today, 12/27/06) to find out about why I hadn't gotten it, they decide that it is back ordered. Earlier times I called (last week) they told me that it had shipped, and it should be on its way. The operators told me they could not track the package during my first two calls, but then magically today they were able to. Obviously they don't have a very good tracking system. If it's back ordered, they should let you know ASAP so you can make other arrangements. The prices are low, but I'd rather stick with bigger-box retailers that I can trust even if they charge a few dollars more. I'll never shop at OneCall again.

I bought a digital SLR from them. After the test, I felt that the sharpness of picture quality was not as expected. So I requested a return, but stopped by 15% restocking fee. That really sucks. My suggestion: Keep away from them if you are buying big stuff.

I purchased a Harman Kardon DPR1001 receiver from OneCall.com several weeks ago and once I received it, I connected it to all of my existing components and it did not work! There was no sound coming out of the receiver. I checked and re-checkded all of the connections and it still did not work. I called OneCall and they informed me that I had to pay to ship it back to them which really annoyed me but I had no choice but to pay it or I could keep a worthless product for which I paid $500!! I called them back today to check on the status of my order and the customer rep told me he would check with his service center and call me back. I received a call back about 30 minutes later and he told me that the product is working fine in their service center. I said that is ridiculous as I know the product was defective! The OneCall customer service rep (with an attitude) told me he could either ship me back the (defective) product or I could be refunded the purchase price minus a 15% re-stocking fee! I was furious and told him I had no desire to do business with a crooked company like theirs so I told him to refund me the purchase price and I will dispute the charges with my credit card company. OneCall is the worst online retailer I have ever dealt with and I would never buy anything from this crooked company again!! I would warn anyone who is thinking of buying anything from this site, don't be fooled by the low prices like I was as it will only cost you more in the long run!!! They are truly THIEVES!!!

I've spent several $1k's over the last few years with OneCall and never had any problems with price or service. I bought a Yamaha Stereo Receiver and a surround sound speaker system, a pair of outdoor speakers, a Canon G3 camera, and a Canon camcorder. They have never been anything but friendly and courteous and at times extremely helpful in the selection process. In selecting an outdoor speaker pair I had called to order (I always call as they can't always state the sales price on the web and sometimes you can talk them into a lower matching price) and the salesman talked me into looking at another speaker all together. He lost the sale, at least that day, until I did my research and sure enough I wound up with a Niles speaker which was higher rated and no more expensive than the one I had selected. The only problem I've had was a manufacturing defect on one of the surround speakers in the box, which could not have been detected by OneCall. I wound up paying shipping back to OneCall and they replaced it (I think they paid shipping on the new speaker, it was a while ago). Best part is no out of state sales tax AND the CSRs are non-commisioned. They are a quality outfit, read the web site and judge for yourself.

Bought a camera from One Call. Came defective. Returned the camera as defective and they stiffed me for a 15% restocking fee and I ended up having to pay shipping both ways, even though the shipping to me was supposed to be free. This fee was only supposed to be imposed if the camera was in working order, which it obviously wasn't since it didn't work. Well guess what? One Call lied and said it wasn't defective when it obviously was broken when I got it. I disputed the charge but it became "he said/she said". I ended up getting stiffed.
Another typical internet electronic store. I'll never buy from these lying bastards again. They lost what could have been a repeat customer and gained a screwed customer who is willing to put his bad experience in print.
My advice is STAY AWAY from OneCall.com. They will screw you if they can.

I was looking to purchase a Sony "KP57WS500" 57" HDTV. I checked the local Best Buy, Tweeter & Circuit City was wasn't happy with the price or warranties they offered. I decided to check the internet & after hours of searching, found One-Call.com (http://www.onecall.com). They had the best price & promised free shipping.
To be honest, I was skeptical of buying such a large TV via the net. I called a few of the internet companies (the ones that had phone numbers)to get a feel for their customer service. I asked some technical questions such as "Does the HDTV have HDCP" & "What type of inputs & how many does it have". Most couldn't answered my questions, except for Crutchfield.com (who was great) BUT they prices were way to high.
Then I called One Call.com. The first person to answer the phone (Bruce)could also answer ALL my questions & take the order. He also promised free shipping, no sales tax & offered a full 5 year on-site warranty. I thanked him & told him I'd think about it. Next I went back onto their webpage & ordered my 57" HDTV. I got a comfirmation & order number in a few minutes & actually got a call from OneCall giving me the scheduled delivery date & time.
I entered my order on a Friday night and had my brand new HDTV delivered on Wednesday only 5 days later. I got the Sony "KP57WS500" 57" HDTV and a 5 year on-site warranty all for only $2,495. I was so happy, I bought a Sony DVD player & Sony VCR a week later. Got both in 2 days.
Overall it was a fantastic experience & the prices were fantastic. I Highly recommend them to anyone.... Thanks OncCall !!!...Lenny
