Shipping was a bit on the slow side both times that I've shopped at Gap.com but everything else was great (Note: I was using free shipping promos for both purchases).

Returns are a breeze at any retail location (had to return a pair of jeans because it had a button-fly and was not noted online) and apparently, the online system now allows orders to be combined from Gap.com, OldNavy.com, BananaRepublic.com, and Piperlime.com for a single shipping charge. Too bad they don't give FatCash anymore but that was probably a long while ago.
