They have super SLOW shipping. I ordered something for Christmas last year and it came 2 weeks AFTER Christmas.

Also, their website is awful for order. It always "Times Out". So, if you plan on a big order, don't. When you are finish your cart will be empty and you will need to start over, or in my case, just not place any order.

I purchased an item, then added another one just to reach $50. They made me wait for 7 days, then "modified" my order, cancelling the item I wanted and send me an e-mail saying they did. I immediately called them back, within a minute, just to find out the other item is not cancellable and it is in the fullfilment system (boxed, so they say). I don't believe them one bit. Bait and switch. Now I have to deal with the receipt, and return. Drive to the store. What a hassle. My first and last Kohl.com purchase, indeed. Horrible customer service.

I've tried to purchase the same items 3 times now and the shopping cart won't hold them. I keep getting a timed out notice "due to inactivity" which is ridiculous. There is no email address listed on the site for customer service. This was my first experience with Kohl's. I doubt if they could provide good service if they don't want to hear from their customers.

Kohl's has very nice B&M stores, and a great website and fast shipping. However, they use the cheapest shipping service that UPS has. I came home yesterday to find a jacket that I ordered thrown in front of my door. I called UPS and they said that Kohl's only has basic service with them.

I've had a few problems with the last couple of orders that I placed, but the Customer Service Reps. that I spoke with each time (on 3 separate occasions) were really great and resolved each problem quickly. I do wish that Kohl's would package the items better for shipment. I order a couple pairs of shoes and they arrived packaged together in a soft plastic mailing envelope. Needless to say, the shoe boxes were damanged almost beyond recognition by the time they arrived on my doorstep. I'd planned on giving one pair as a gift, but couldn't do so based on the appearance of the box (which wasn't really so box-like anymore). On the plus side, I was able to exchange them at a brick & mortar store for an identical pair in a nice looking box.

I continue to shop at Kohl's mainly due to their low prices when they have the extra 30% off, but they have the slowest shipping, and a frustrating website. It keeps emptying out my shopping cart, which is really stupid, especially when I walk away for just 5 minutes, I come back and have to shop all over again.

Good store, competent employees, decent prices considering the quality of the goods.

If you're tall and skinny like me, you'll probably have a tough time shopping there - jeans in sizes 30x34 are nonexistent (tough to find even on their site), 30x32 is sometimes okay due to manufacturing variations. Most of their store-brand men's tops (Apt. 9, Axist) all start at Medium, nary a Small to be found. Seems 90% of their stuff is L, XL, XXXXXXL, etc.

I've ordered from Kohl's twice. The first time I finally had to call after nothing happened for two weeks and email support was useless. They didn't have the jacket they had sold me. They canceled the order. The second time I ordered three shirts that were according to the web site, in stock. A week later they canceled the order because they did not have the shirts. They need to have current information on the web site and stop selling things they don't have. I'm not even going to bother trying again. Too many other retailers around.

I ordered two T-shirts, and when I got the package, it contained only one, so I emailed to the CSR,and was told this problem will be solved. Three days later, no results about the missing item. Therefore, I called CSR, but always got busy tone. Then I called the CSR during the weekend, and was told a request of credit back was post. Now, one week was passed, I don't see any credit back to my credit card. What should I do?
It's a nightmare.

Web site extremely slow and decided to dump my shopping cart at random intervals. Gave up.
