Purchased a Kenmore vacuum cleaner recently without a hitch. Ordered online using coupon codes and Bing Cash Back...no problem. Picked up item which was all computerized and didn't have to deal with any sales people with bad attitudes...Really liked the automated pickup system at the store..scan your email receipt and watch the big screen with name and wait time...In and out with product in about 10 mins...Will order again soon..

This the last order that I'll be attempting to place with Sears.com. Everytime I order online, I have an issue that requires an excessive amount of my time to clear up. This time I ordered a pillowcase and paid via gift card. A few hours after I placed my order, I got an email from Sears telling me that my gift card was declined (???). I checked the balance on my gift card and sure enough, it had been charged. I've now spoken to four different customer service people at Sears. Each has given me a different reason as to why my order was cancelled (system problem with processing gift cards that day, item was out of stock, etc.). Each has also given me a different answer as to when and how I will be refunded. I've been told the amount will be credited back to my gift card, and then by another Customer Rep that they would mail me a new gift card (I still don't know which will happen). I've been told the money will be credited back in 24 hours, 5 business days, 7 days... (and I still don't know which it is). Any of those timeframes is unacceptable. Sears cancelled my order but is holding onto my money. Oh, and when I check my order status online, it tells me that my order is "in process". I'm thankful at this point that it was only a pillowcase and not something more expensive. I will NEVER order from Sears again and will advise those I know to stay away from Sears.com as well.

Generaly Sears has been a little overpriced and the website is sometimes goofy, but I've been very pleased with their products and service, both on-line and in store. Bought TV, Frig, Snowblower, tool box, etc. in last couple years.

they advertise a price yet ignore that when you select the item. And it is always HIGHER never in my favor.

Their pricing is all over the place. They say 20% off all energy star appliance. I select only energy star appliances from drop down. Some on sale some not some 10% some 15 some 20% BUT ad sez ALL energy star 20 off. Same thing happened on Sundays FF VIP even was supposed to be 20% plus another 10% on a kenmore fridg. Never got the othe 10%.
Now 10-9-09, they are overing free install on Kitchenaid dishwashers via rebat. Went thru ck out process, and Sears screw us again. It said are temporarily unable to handle your installation request. Please try again. No matter how many times I try same thing. HOW DO THEY GET AWAY WITH THI SBLATANT FALSE advertising? On top of thatthat say since its energy star it should have 20% off, only offered me 15% off. I called from 8 in morning till 8 in evening. every time they tell me they are trying to fix it, just like they said Sunday, when the addtnl 10% was not offered, and that was never fixed either. TO bad THE BBB Doesnt get them, for false and misleading ads

Sears and Sears.com is the worst retailer to deal with. DO NOT even think to engage in a purchase here!!!!! Run fast go now! I bought a 60" LG tv from them and it was defectrive. Its has been 10 days so far and all I am getting are lies and lip service! I have not bought from Sears in 30 years and NOW I know why. Eddie Lambert and the entire Sears Holdings Board should be totally ashamed of therecompany here. LIES LIES LIES from there blue Ribbon service ( (AKA presidents office customer service, if you get Chemon who answers the phone--hang up fast!). I will be returning this $2,000 television back to them today. I will never do business with a Sears holding company ever again. Adios

They do not know what CUSTOMER SERVICE is! They deserve to go out of business.

The founder os Sears is probably spinning in his grave. Such a total shame.

The customer is always right!!!!!!! basic cusotmer service 101.

I REPEAT DO NOT ENGAGE IN ANY PURCHASE FROM Sears OR Sears.COM-- YOU WILL REGRET IT AS I HAVE.

Purchased a $2000 refrigerator at Sears.com through FW. After completing purchase, the rebate was not recived. When we contacted FW to inquire, FW rep contacted Sears and then responded that FW rebate was denied since "another affiliate program was used". Since this was completely untrue, we insisted on further investigation and information. FW rep responded that, in essence, no other information is available and would not provide us with info to contact Sears directly - your outta luck. We certainly feel cheated, and are very disappointed that FW would not work on our behalf to get more information or hold Sears to be responsible for fulfilling their obligations.

Beware of incompetent appliance home delivery! Ordered a washer and the Mexicans delivering my washer brought rusty tools to unhook the old washer. Needless to say the guy struggled with his rusty tool for several minutes before I took matters into my own hands. I had to do it myself with my new tool. Took me all of 5-mins to unhook the old washer. I told the guys to wait, but since they didn't speak English, by the time I had the old one unhooked, the guys were no where to be found and my new washer was gone. So much for Sears delivering as promised and before Christmas. What was the $75 delivery/install/removal fee for again?? No amount of complaining and begging customer relations to have the guys come back that day helped; to deliver the gift by Christmas for my Mother. They insisted I would have to reschedule for 12/29, days later AND AFTER CHRISTMAS.

Website shows a marked down price but places the full price on item when you place in cart. Still there when selecting check out. Cancelled transaction since I didn't want to deal with customer service for refund to discounted price. Keep your eyes open for this!!
