Purchased a 13" LCG TV with a $200 discount code. Received an order confirmation right away, got another email the next day with the estimated shipping date, and got another email when it was shipped.
No problems.

Gateway IS LAME!!! STAY AWAY AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!

First, it takes A MONTH to send a in stock video card, and they do not allow you to cancel it until it is shipped and you have to refuse the order!(it is said on the email from their customer support) The CUSTOMER support on email is bad and unclear. They were unable to change my shipping address before it is shipped. My order is still on "pending" and filing into manufacture facility, and will remain there for proballly a month or so... I CANNOT CANCEL IT VIA EMAIL. I hope when I call today during their business hours, they can cancel my order.

Well, they messed me up. For the 200 bucks I paid, I won't be getting it back for a month (or even longer). I could have used it for a better thing, but could not for this month. THANK YOU Gateway!!!

I can't speak for others, but my order with Gateway accessory store was EXCELLENT. I bought a DSL Hub from them for at least $20 cheaper than the next cheapest retailer with free shipping. I emailed customer service for order status a few times, and every single one of my email was responded in a very polite and professional manner with in 30 minutes. Order was received on time as promised. Product was excellent was described. I am very impressed and happy with the store. Will definitely purchase from them again. Two thumbs up!

Stay away as you can!!! They have very poor customer service.. it seems that the "Right hand does not know what the left hand is doing"... I place camera order with them got two email confirmation, one from CSR that placed my order and the other from Gateway Order status department... Checked my order status via echat and CSR claims my order will be shipped soon.Waited about 10 days or so and they never told me there was a pricing error on the camera I ordered until I asked. An arrogant Excutive called me when I complained and he was a total "A-hole". Did not apologize and never offered any incentive since I was not notified regarding pricing error. They totally lost my business and my whole family... "I'll also spread it around my work place and neighborhood to "STAY AWAY FROM GATEWAY".... My advice...
"Purchase somewhere else besides Gateway".

I placed 3 different orders at this store for a Logitech mouse. The reason I placed 3 different orders was because I wanted to have 3 different receipts for rebates. Anyhow, their order system sent me 3 different order submission emails right away.

The way their ordering system works is that a live person reviews the orders and then emails you a confirmation (with their personal email address). I received only 1 actual order confirmation. I knew right away that they thought that I probably clicked mutiple times on the 'Submit' button or something like that. I emailed that CSR as well as left voicemails on her personal extension (mentioned in her confirmation email). She never replied!!! 2 days later, I received the order (well packed and shipped fast as usual). I called/emailed again and I have not received a reply yet (its been 5 days). And they call that customer service

I think I have place three different orders here and all have been cancelled for one reason or another...Be aware that this is the same site as NECX Direct. Real time inventory is not real time.

TextThis is a great place to buy. Ordered on a Monday and delivery was on Wednesday (no special shipping). Goods were as advertised and the price was the best around. I will buy here again.

ALERT!!!!! i had to say i had the worst exprience in the world with this retailer, i ordered my camera on May 5, on 8th, its employee called me and i confirmed my order with them, but on the evenning of 8th,they canceled it unilaterally. they breached their duty and obligation under the contract without any justifiable reason. KEEP AWAY FROM IT.
