I agree with others. My Mom told me there was a time that you would get a good quality plant from them. She has since been embarassed that she even said anything to anyone. Most of the plants I ordered looked pitiful and did not survive. This company does stand behind its products in that it will ship replacements or give refunds, but the damage is done, in my opinion. I will not order from them again unless I cannot get something locally. It did take them ages to ship for me as well. Very sad experience.

I ordered plants in February for spring planting. I was very disappointed with them. My credit card was charged and my product was not sent for several weeks. When it was sent, they told me it could take up to 21 business days for it to arrive. It arrived roughly 10 days later, however, everything was dead, they said "semi-dormant", but it was definately close to dead. Everything that was in "dirt" was only about 1-2 inches in height. Most of it didn't have any kind of leave on it. The rest of it was just roots, it was hard to even tell which end was which. If I would've been able to plant anything, it probably would've been 3-4 years before I would've gotten any growth. I saw beautiful Royal Star Magnolias at my nursery and I was so excited for the one I ordered from Spring Hill. When I got that one, it was literally 3 inches tall...it was suppose to be a tree! I have now requested a refund since my replacement product is not scheduled to arrive for nearly another month (and she promised me I'd have it by the end of the week). I would definately not buy from again. Take your money to your local nursery instead.

Agree..I ordered a shade garden from them. 75% of the plants came in unsatisfactory condition and have not grown. Complained and now have received a full credit which can be applied to a future purchase. We will try one more time.

Poor Overall Quality of Product. Most of plants look okay at arrival, but very poor root development. Hence, poor overall likelihood of survival of transplant and subsequent growth. Very poor luck in overall survival of plants.
