When I looked for a laptopon buydig.com through Fatwallet the price was well over $1000.00. When I looked on Google shopping the price was $799 plus a mail in $50 rebate.

I ordered a Garmin nuvi 885T at the "mistake" price of $317. I got the unit a few days ago. I love it! Since this deal posted on a deal site on a weekend, I felt it was very nice of them to honor the price.

Slow shipping..... Bad customer service.....! 5 days passed... still in process!! The worst, they reduced my order quantity from 2 to 1 without notifying me!
I ordered TWO Garmin nuvi 885T GPS Navigators on May 9 from them. Four days later, seeing the transaction was still at "process" status, I called their customer service. They said it was a price mistake and couldn't do business like this - THEY do not honor their price! If the price were wrong, it's their responsibility to fix it but not me spending my time and money serving as their testing equipment, right? After showing my big disappointment, they said they will honor the price but can only sell 1 to me rather than 2 and will ship it out the next day. I've got nothing else to say .... 2 days later I checked the status. You know what they did change my quantity from 2 to 1 but didn't send me a notification email. And the worse, still in "process"!!!! I'm not sure if I want to deal with them or not next time..

Bought a Samsung 46" Touch of Color LCD, the price was $300 less than the local electronics store. My order left there warehouse in the 2 business days they promised and was delivered 3 days later. As soon as the TV was in transit I received an e-mail to schedule deliver, drivers showed up an hour into the delivery window, were courteous and careful with the TV.

I bought a Canon D40 kit from them. They had the best price on the price search sites. I received an e-mail a few hours latter to call them to confirm. I called and they wanted to confirm that the order was supposed to be shipped to a different address (work) I confirmed it with them and received it the next day at work. All items were included with camera with a USA warranty. I did have some reservations about ordering from them at first. Mainly because it was the best price and I thought it would be a bait and switch, I was pleasantly surprised. Overall very happy with transaction would to hesitate to buy again.

They will not price match at all. Many of the items can never be returned. If you do get an item you wish to return, you must pay a 10% charge on top of return shipping and it must be in mint condition just as it was shipped to you.
I can understand needing to be able to resell it as new or offering a discount if you are returning it to be sold as an open box, but I Buydig double dips and requires an immaculate return in addition to charging a restocking fee. Amazon dropped the price on the GPS I bought from Buydig to 10% lower than what I paid just a few days earlier. I could have returned it, but I would have lost that 10% to the restocking charge AND had to pay the return shipping.
The shipping was slow as it took them over a week from the date of my order to have it arrive at my home in Florida. Most of that time was waiting for them to give it to FedEx.

I purchased a Garmin Nuvi 360. Their price was the lowest by about $40. Shipping was very fast. I would shop here again.

Easy to order, fast and free shipping - don't bother with the express. Overall a great experience, I would not hesitate to spend another $1000 here!

I have bought two cameras from BuyDig on two different occassions--a reconditioned Nikon Coolpix 950 and a new Minolta Dimage 7i. Both were exactly what I ordered, delivered promptly and I paid a competitive price. Everything went smoothly and as-expected.

I ordered a Nikon D70 camera with the 18-70mm lens from buydig after reading as many reviews as I could find on the retailer. Most of the reviews were good, but there were enough questionable or bad ones to make me think about it. Buydig had it for $1128 before rebate, which was much lower than all of the B&M mortar stores and their websites. I finally decided to go through with it. I initially had problems with their website in both Mozilla and Netscape, so I switched to IE and it worked fine. I ordered the D70 a little before noon. No accessories or other purchases. My shipping address was different from the billing address, so I was expecting a delay and/or follow-up phone call. Thus, I was surprised to get a confirmation email three or four hours later telling me my order had shipped, with no follow-up. I paid $30 for overnight shipping (didn't seem too bad, especially with the price of the camera), and got it via FedEx the next afternoon. Everything was neatly packed, and all of the components were there, including the Nikon USA warranty and rebate forms. The camera works great so far ... it's just going to take a while for me to figure out how to use all of the features!
