does anyone know if I order from Zappos Canada I still get the Cash Back?

Zappos USED to be the best! I just could not get enough of them. I ordered shoes every week. I have like a million pairs, but really, is that ever enough? That was BEFORE they put an end to price matching. It's just awful now. The sale items are priced alriiight but mostly I either find shoes the same price as they are in stores or even higher! When Endless came out it was awesome because Endless gave you 5 bucks off for overnight shipping AND had cheaper prices, Zappos was the only website that would not only price match to the cheaper price but include the 5 dollars off as well. Then they limited to one price match per month and now zero. I am severely disappointed and don't really buy shoes from them anymore. I think they should bring it back from time to time, maybe one day a month or SOMEthing. Now I shop Shoes.com mostly because they still do 110% price matching. You suck now, Zappos!

I used to enjoy shopping from Zappos. The fact that they eliminated their price matching, as well as their guaranteed overnight shipping really disappoints me. When I've asked them about it, they they something like "oh we still do overnight shipping, but we don't guarantee it. We've done this so that customers are happier when the shoes come early." I am the type of person who does not appreciate games. Tell me when the order is coming. If its 3 days, then let it be 3 days. But don't tell me you just like to surprise customers. Ridiculous. They have a lot of competition now with Endless.com, which offers overnight and price matching. It seems awkward that they have stepped down both their prices and shipping promises in the fact of Endless. I don't think its a good business decision.

I am very impressed with this store. I usually buy don't buy shoes online as I can find them cheaper at a store. But my husband's foot is a 14 so it is difficult to buy anything at stores. Plus, i was looking for a specific brand called Simple Shoe that not many stores cary. The price for them was actually cheaper than anywhere else.Plus through fatwallet I will get 10% back. SUPER fast shipping. ordered one day, next day had the shoes in the house. I am happy

Contrary to a few other comments left on this site, Zappos prices are VERY competitive. I've done the research. While I did pay $4 more for one of my purchases the other pair was cheaper than on other websites. It evens out. Their website tells you before finalizing your order just how many pairs are in stock, there is no shipping charge, the shoes arrived in less than 36 hours. I tried finding these 2 pairs of shoes at different sites and none of them had both pairs in my size. Zappos was the only one who had adequate stock on hand. It was well worth the extra $4. I've ordered shoes from other FW approved vendors and they don't tell you that your purchase item is NOT available until you get their email. That is simply not acceptable. I want to know they're in stock before I complete my order. Kudos to Zappos! Order well done!

Outrageously overpriced and with their recent elimination of price matching and guaranteed free overnight delivery, there are many far better choices out there for online shoe purchases. Shoes are a commodity - always the same no matter where you order, so buy on best price out the door (which will never be Zappos.)

If there were ratings higher than a 10, Zappos deserves it! They are amazing, really amazing. I just wish I didn't have to purchase anything from anyone else! Lightning fast. Impossibly fast. I think they must've been trained by Santa 'cause how else can they get orders shipped to you so quickly, and FREE!! I've returned things and had super customer service then, too. You might find slightly lower prices, but all in all, I think the free shipping and excellent service makes them hands down the best!

Love Love Love Zappos! I have a HUGE foot and they always have my size. I order 5 pairs, they come the next day. I try them on and return the 4 that I don't want without ever paying shipping. Customer Service is great, their 110% price guarantee is a breeze. I no longer have to settle for what the stores happen to have in stock. I only shoe shop at Zappos.

Just took advantage of their 110% price guarantee. Hold time with CS was less than a minute (press 4 to hear Zappos joke of the day), and the woman who answered was very helpful and friendly. Website is easy to navigate and their policies clearly stated. Free shipping to boot! (pun intended!) Simply, fantasticlly, great service.
