Very helpful CS reps (Brenda rocks!). Part of the order had to be returned, they made sure I was totally satisfied. Quick shipping as always and some of the best deals around.

I think merchants need to keep their religious beliefs to themselves.
Having a Christian quote pop up at the check out page made me cancel my order.
Yes, I would do the same if it were any other religious quote as well, even mine.

They can keep their faith on their site, but have lost my money.

I've placed many successful orders with STP and will continue to do so in the future. Shipping is very prompt and returns are a breeze.

My only hiccup is that once I ordered a relatively expensive fleece that was on sale and added a cheap, plain Hanes hoody. The online order and confirmation emails went through A-OK.

However, when the 'You're item has been shipped' email was sent, it indicated that my fleece was now out of stock and that the hoody was shipping by itself. The hoody was just a cheap throw-in that I would not have bought as a stand-alone item. However, I wasn't given advance notice so I didn't have the option of modifying/cancelling the order and ended up eating the shipping charge for just the hoody.

So far Sierra are proving to be bums. They put my order on hold with no mention of why. I contacted them and was told it was because my billing and ship-to addresses didn't match. However, my ship-to address is an authorized ship-to address on my credit card. They made no attempt to contact me regarding the indefinite hold despite having pre-authorized my card. It's not that it had been a long time - it's that they were just going to sit on my order and hold my money until I called them to ask what was up.

When I told them "ok, I am here to confirm my address then" - the rep told me to wait until they contacted me. Ridiculous. I argued and finally he agreed to handle the confirmation for me. What did confirmation consist of? It consisted of me reiterating my addresses. What was the point? It's not like he ever checked with my credit card company.

Now I have to wait and see how long it takes to arrive. I am already annoyed though and have decided to never shop with them again. I'd rather pay more and not have the aggravation of dealing with a company like this.

I ordered sports bras this afternoon that were close to half the price of anywhere else on the web. The prices were not even sale prices. About 7 hours later, they shipped. I am thrilled.

STP is one of the best merchants on the web. I can't think of anyone better. They are prompt, courteous, and respectful. Plus, they have great products at great prices.

You really can't go wrong with them. Except for bobbybore's comment below, I have never heard a bad word about them. I can tell you that I've been ordering from them for 10 years and they are great. Never anything but perfection.

I placed several orders in mid-December 2006 for X-Mas delivery and STP shipped fast on every order. One return was handled well with no problem. Customer service is good but I had a problem with a phone order (website was down and customer service chat said to call the order in. The phone rep wanted to charge me $5 higher for an item than the price for same item on the website. I cancelled the order and one hour later, when the website was back up, I placed the order online for the lower price. The customer service rep said he couldn't look up the item on the website to check the price and wouldn't give me the lower price on the phone. This is unacceptable for such a customer driven company.

STP's regular prices are not very competitive but they have regular sales and discount coupon codes that bring the prices down.

I have you all beat. Ordered a Camelbak Snobound here with a 20% discount coupon. Camelbak=$52.00, S&H=$8.00. Cheapest I have seen for Camelbak itself was $65.00 here, $100.00 EVERYWHERE else.
My next item is sitting in this site also at a 60% discount.
You can not go wrong with STP!
