This store advertises and sells items that they don't have and can't get only to cancel the orders later, leaving you to wait another week for the hold to roll off of your credit card.

Best game store on the planet, especially for PC games. During Madness sales, prices cannot be beat. Fast and inexpensive USPS shipping, packed well. Authentic items. At least ten orders over the last year or so and never one problem. I can't recommend GoGamer any higher, check 'em out!

This store is dropping the ball. Look at reseller rating chart of the past 6 mos. They have good sale price once in a while but what good is it if they shipped to wrong address or wrong zip code (to me and to others). The chart shows the decline in customer service and shipping & handling. You've been warn that you are committing lottery ticket for luck to receiving their items after you have paid them.

Gogamer (compuexpert) does have the cheapest prices around but they have absolutely NO customer service. They have a habit of forgetting to ship out pre-orders. Not once, but five different times. They cannot deliver on time. You pay for 2 day shipping and it might be delivered in 4-5 days. Once again the customer service will do nothing but blame you if they respond at all. It gets to the point if it's worth the 5 dollar discount to buy from them. If you don't care about on time delivery or any kind of customer service than you can save a couple of dollars at this site.

They have good deal on games on a regualar basis. (I recommend signing up for their SPAM, many special offers are only available for the subscribers).
Ordered a game at 4:40 EDT on a Friday, I had a tracking number by 5:25.
