BAD NEWS. This merchant is totally unprofessional.
Their online ordering system scrambled my info, which delayed the order 2 days. There is no phone number on the site, and the one that they finally emailed me rang and rang with no answer. Then they told me that they didn't have my item - wouldn't I like to buy a more expensive one? I asked for upgraded shipping and was ignored. I finally canceled the order.

DO NOT buy from these people! They do not honor their RMA's! They sent a defective motherboard and processor (OEM) and did not replace them! They were DOA and I received no help whatsoever from their staff. BUYER BEWARE!

Good prices, fast shipping. Hopefully though you get the correct item, because if not, you have to pay for shipping back to them, and then after they receive the item they will ship the correct item to you.

As a general rule, the prices you'll find here when combined with the resonable shipping (even to the west coast!!) are very hard to beat by even sites such as a newegg and techgeeks. Also, I have found great quality from this site. The DRR Ram and live 5.1 card I bought from them have been shipped rather promptly. All in all, the best small tech business I have bought from on the web.

The prices are good and the shipping costs are not bad. Checkout was easy and they sent an order confirmation and UPS tracking #. I got my lt winmodem in three days and it works fine. I would buy from them again.
