very usfull for remote connection with your pc. Tech support is bad, but if works, than very quick Like VNC or PCanyware only through internet. Best with T1 connection. I use it at work.

Our company has been using gotomypc and switched to a VPN. gotomypc automatically renewed us for a 1 year subscription and did not notify us in advance. When we realized it (9 days into the new subscription) we called to cancel. They are going to charge us for the entire year because that is their terms of service. I spoke to their billing manager and he quoted the terms of service and said too bad. They are NOT a customer responsive company. My concern now is that they will just auto-renew uis for the next year. NOT a happy customer.

Signed up for their 30 day trial and sent an email to cancel, they billed me anyway, and refused to refund me even though I used their service for 1 day during the free trial. Horrid customer service, used WinVNC it's the same thing but for free : here
