I ordered a generic battery replacement for my Motorola RAZR V9 cell phone. My old battery could no longer hold a charge for longer than a day anymore. Disappointingly, the NEW generic battery also could not hold a charge on a rarely used cell phone for longer than a day as well and this completely defeated the purpose of buying a new battery. Now, I have to go buy another new cell phone battery, but not from this store.

They carried cases and accessories for discontinued items I wasn't able to find elsewhere. I've ordered twice now. They arrived faster than I expected and worked fine. The prices are cheap.

Have purchased replacement batteries for my motorola phones and never had a problem. I have made 4 purchases over the past year from them and delivery was prompt, items good and no problems. I just ordered again and am confident that the order will be up to my expectations.

I ordered a replacement battery for my Sprint cellphone from this site. Sprint does not carry the battery even though they still sell the phone. My experience with this site was excellent I received a confirmation e-mail of my purchase immediatly after placing the order. I received a shipment notification the very next day and my order arrived in 10 days. The battery works great and the price was very fair. I would definetly use this company again

Ultra low quality merchandise. Wrong item recieved and correct item now out of stock. Thier piss poor slow as hell e-mail only customer service offers store credit.. HA! What a joke. They want me to pay for the return of wrong item and then reimburse me! NOT. Now i have to waste time with credit card dispute. Don't waste your time with this site because you'll regret it. I call for them to be removed as a fatwallet store.

I ordered a Razr, received a confirmation number, and my account was charged. Two days later, I received an email telling me the phone was not available and asking me if I'd like to order another.
I received no satisfactory reply to my repeated inquiries as to how a confirmed and paid order could not be filled; furthermore, they did say they did not expect any shipments of the phone in the future.
Maybe they were selling products they were hoping to receive themselves but never had in stock; maybe they have sloppy ordering recordkeeping; maybe their friends wanted the phones.
Whatever, their performance was unsatisfactory, their correspondence was uninformative, and their repeat business from me is unimaginable.

Ok, so I get an email this morning saying:

Dear Sir/Madam,
Sorry for the problem you experienced. Since they are defective, we will allow credit card refund.

Please return the defective product(s) to the below address through regular US postal service with a copy of this email.

When you have sent out the returned product(s), please let us know by email,specifying which product(s) you have returnedText

So, what do I have to do now? Send yet another email stating that I already sent the item back. At this point, all I can say is DON'T BUY HERE!!!! It's a F'ing communication nightmare.
