Poor experience for me... they shipped to the wrong address on Valentine's day. Couldn't understand the CR when I tried to call in. Will not use again, buyer beware, it isn't worth it on valentine's day to go with them. Go with someone local

I have ordered flowers for my wife for Valentine's Day. I even pay extra for making sure the flowers do get delivered on 2/14, but today is already 2/16 and my wife still received nothing.
Try to call customer service and no one answer, send email and no answer also. This is so unacceptable and irresponsible, I will never use this company anymore and I will strongly advise all of my friends not to use this company anymore!

I ordered flowers and gifts for Valentine's Day but they were delivered two days after the holiday. Unless you are placing a new order, you can never get through to customer service if you needed help or service during busy holiday times. I sent out a complaint email and still no response after two weeks. They have some very mean customer service reps(very rude, wouldn't do anything for you, so just hang up on them and dial again) but most of them are nice(would refund or exchange an unsatisfying order). Don't order from them for national holidays, but birthday and anniversary orders should always arrive on time. Flower quality is OK, since they are also pricy.

Terrible cutomer service!!!! Valentines flowers showed up a day late, due to 1-800-flowers shipping error. Customer service would keep disconnecting me if I chose "existing order help". No response 1 1/2 weeks after submitting email off of website. Finally got through to CS, and they only offered a refund of $4 from my $90 order. They appear to be more interested in the single sale, than having reapeat business. Make an order and cross your fingers!!

They just ruined my valentine's day. The flower they delivered was very small, much smaller than the picture and description on the web. The flower is kind of old and dying. There is only four small rose. And it costs me $65 with Fatwallet discount. Called customer service and got "all service specialists are busy" then disconnected. With the product quality like this, no wonder they are all busy

Their customer service rep went out of her way to ensure the flowers were delivered on time and to the correct address. The person for whom I had ordered the sympathy flowers had given the WRONG address -- and 1800-flowers.com called me and worked with me to track down a good address to which the flowers could be delivered (they were for a memorial/funeral). She went over and above the call of duty, calling information in the small town where they were to be delivered to try to find someone of the same family name. I can't say enough good about 1-800-Flowers and Kay, the CSR. I will most assuredly use them for all my future flower deliveries!

Up utiill today my xperiences have been very good with 1-800. They failed to deliver a birthday gift, and the e-mail I recieved was sent the day the flowers where to be sent. I was unaware that my daughter did not get her flowers until well past the point that I could do something about it.
