I ordered my products about a week ago. According to the tracking it will not be here for another few days. The website says it should take 3-4 business days, not 10. Not only have I not recieved my order, it has also not shown up on my fatwallet account. I thought it would be a good deal to order from this website through fatwallet, but highly disappointed :\

I've used them for years and have never had any major problems, however this time, when I ordered an order above $100 that was to come with a gift, the order was lost. I called customer service, and they said to call the following monday to make sure the product had enough time to reach me. I did as they asked, and they apologized however when they sent me a reshipment they did not include the gift I was entitled to. They say it is because they ran out. I feel they should have either replaced it or allowed me to cancel part of my order which I ordered because I was to receive this gift with it.
I think that sucked, but other then that I've generally been satisfied with them.
Their customer service, though some are rude, are generally very quick to get back to you so that is a plus.

They sent me a product which had obviously been opened. I called them to return it and they were rude and charged me return shipping.
