I placed an order, and it eventually came two weeks after the expected delivery date. It was the wrong item, and it was the wrong size. There was no way to know from the website that it wouldn't fit or to really be sure that I was going to receive what I ordered. Then when I tried to return it they A) couldn't tell us where we were supposed to return it, and refused to pay for the return. Plus, the would not refund the shipping - even though they shipped the wrong item, and they're want to charge me a restocking fee.

I have found that this store will not apply coupon codes most of the time. I have even used their live chat and explained that I had a valid code that kept disappearing on the final order page. They told me to make a note of it in the notes section of the order. I did but, they still never apply the credit. They also didn't report my CashBack... twice! I have filled out a request with Fat Wallet to get my latest one. Another thing, they take about two weeks to ship your orders. My advice is find another store that has the items you want. This one is a hassle!

Tried to place an order through their website and kept getting incomprehensible error messages. Worse, since I kept trying to get the site to take my order, I don't know whether it didn't take my order at all or took it several times (without letting me know the order was complete). I emailed them but have to wait until after the weekend to reach someone there. VERY FRUSTRATING to have this much hassle for a small order.
