Great pricing. I signed up for the Shared Family National Premium 700 with unlimited messaging, mobile web, email, data usage...everything included with no per usage fees and shared 700 minutes for two lines for $139 per month total. However, my employer has a corporate discount agreement with Verizon for 20% off service plan rates, bringing my total bill for two lines with unlimited premium features for a grand total of $110 per month!!!

Watch out! Verizon Wireless has a broken billing system. They charged me twice after I stopped service, waited 6 months to send me a check, then I got a call from a bill collector who said I owed Verizon Wireless. In the meantime, no letters, no emails, nothing from Verizon. I complained to the FCC who did nothing. Now my credit rating is lower thanks to this incompetent company. Stay away!

I feel verizon service is very suck bacause verizon gave me a wrong local number. I called the customer service three times to correct it. After I changed my phone number, they always charged me a delayed usage fee. Because I change my phone number three times to get the correct local phone number, they denied to combine my air time together. This caused one of the phone number exceeded the airtime. I told them three times and they denied to adjust this fee three times. I feel so angry about this.

I don't think my order was processed until after I had sent 2 emails to inquire. The email address listed on their site got bounced back to me. I didn't receive a response to either email, but my phone was finally sent by Federal Express.

Super expensive with lots of headaches in customer support. Geez I guess the big phone company name lets you do whatever you want with your customers.
