I have filed a complaint withe the state of Oregon (Better Business on line)as they sent me bad memory in September, received the bad chip that I sent them, and will not respond back to me. They probably sold the bad memory to someone else.
BTW ... They have 3 computer business's at the same address ... beware .. Computer Xpress, Edge Micro, International Computer-Xpress inc.

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (yes I am shouting) do any kind of business with this company.
They out right lied about the compatibility of the SO-DIMM I bought for my Laptop. Then wanted to Charge me $15 to cancel my order AFTER they admitted that the memory they claimed was compatible probably wasn't (and this was the same day I placed the order, and two weeks before it shipped) They advertised "ships in 1 to 7 days" but they didn't ship for over 14 days, but charged the Credit Card right away....
And forget, I mean FORGET about trying to get through on their 800 No. You can't, and if you do, you'll be on hold for an hour BEFORE you talk to a person. go see their rating on www.resellerratings.com
I wish I looked there before I ordered......

In my opinion, Edge Micro's business practices border on the illegal. These guys are dirtbags. Even with their excellent prices, I will never order from them again.
Ordered RAM for my laptop 4/15. RAM - 54.99 Shipping - 12.00 Received email confirmation of order, stated "...credit card will be authorized for this order within the next business hour..." So far so good -
RAM arrives, DOA. However, their RAM has lifetime warranty. Requested RMA by email (Edge will not accept RMA requests by phone).
Received automated reply to RMA request, told to wait up to 48 hours for authorization of RMA.
Received RMA (this was a no brainer - RAM has lifetime warranty) Shipped RAM back to Edge, my expense.
Called a few days later, spoke to pleasant CSR who told me RAM had been received and was not working. I asked when I could expect replacement and was told the RAM was not in stock and it would be 2 weeks or so.
Called back 3 days later, just to check. Was told that the RAM checked out fine, must have been a compatibility issue, a refund was being processed. (MINUS 15% RESTOCKING FEE) I explained that I did not want a refund, that previous CSR had confirmed DOA RAM, etc. CSR (David) said this was not possible, tech service never spoke on the phone, couldn't be dead RAM...
I asked to speak to a manager, CSR refused. "I can't transfer you to a manager because of incompatability issues." WTF?? We went around and around a bit, and finally the CSR said that he didn't think I had ever spoken to anyone else there regarding the RAM. I asked him if he was calling me a liar, and he said "yes, I think you are lying..."
That effectively ended the phone call and any business relationship I will ever have with Edge Micro.
Oh - by the way, the refund was based on the market price of the RAM the day they logged the return (minus restocking fee) - NOT the price I paid. Total refund on $54.99? $37.18
What a racket. Run, do not walk to a reputable retailer.

I would never buy anything from them. I NEVER recommend anyone to buy anything from them either.
If you send an email or call them, they never reply or answer. They charge you right next day but do not care when to ship it.
