Believe the hyperbole. This is an awful company. Expect to spend months waiting for your order to arrive (mine has not yet). The website has been broken for about 2 weeks now, meaning you can't go to their contact page. Any email sent to them bounces back. Want to call in a complaint? It's on your dime, no toll free number. Get ready to contact your credit card company as you will soon be trying to get a refund. You would be better off buying your anywhere else (even the mall) to save yourself the headache of dealing with this company.

* DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY * THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU * I have never had worse service from any retailer. They are rude, they lie about whether games are in stock and they are only interested in taking money as quickly as possible. They ILEGALLY took money from my card to hold as "STORE CREDIT" and since the website has died there is no way of retrieving it. The card company are now using the law to help me.

I bought Starcraft from this place, and it came just as it was described. But I feel I have to justify the shipping. It was only 0.99 for shipping, but it took like two and a half weeks to get to me from Canada. I'm not sure of the timeframe for shipment from Canada to California, but it sure felt longer than it should have been. Anyhow, this place has some great prices and is a charm to order from, but you should allow for a large window for receiving the product which is something that would deter me from ordering here again, unless they had some unbelievably awesome prices.
