I've ordered from them twice (TV wall mount, webcam, and some HDMI cables). While they arrived slowly (as the website says, they're shipping from SHanghai), they did all arrive eventually (usually 7-14 days).

Totally nightmare experience from Meritline. I place an order (iphone repair kit) from them for a month ago. Never received the product and they don't answer email. I need to go for credit dispute at the end.

I've been ordering inks for my Epson with Meriline without any problem. Shipments are quick with tracking number, and inks all work well so far. Now my friends are getting their inks here too. I love their converter box, much better than Apex from Best Buy.

Meritline is a great place to order blank CD/DVD media. They have great prices and I have not had any problems with my orders.

I hesitated ordering from Meritline because of all the negative comments. But, since dric had a recent great experience,I decided to give them a try. This battery is junk and doesn't work. When I initially put it in my phone, I had a message that said "invalid battery". So, I took it out and put it back in and it seemed to be charging ok. When I got a message that said "charge complete", I tried to turn it on and the charge failed. I charged it again and it did the same thing. I will never buy from these people again. I'd return my merchandise, but I would be charged a re-stocking fee. It's not worth the trouble. I'm glad I only spent $4.75 with them. I absolutely do not recommend them.

These negative comments almost caused me to cancel my purchase. I decided to go through with it because the item was cheap (it was a $3 cassette adapter for my mp3 players) and even if they stiffed me it wouldnt have been a big deal. I was pleasantly surprised. They accept paypal so you do not have to give them your CC info, they offered free shipping on my item, shipment was prompt, a tracking number was provided to me via email, and the item arrived in 4 days via USPS. It works as advertised.
Cheap prices, free shipping, good communication, prompt shipment and delivery, and a working product - I really couldnt ask for anything more. I will buy from them again in the future.

it is questionable whether Meritline uses bait and switch/phishing tactics on "really hot" deals. If I give them the benefit of the doubt, then they certainly do not show you realtime product availability when you place an order. If I am skeptical, they are getting me to enter my personal information so they can market to me later. I have placed another order in the past and received it fine.

This store is garbage. Try to buy first item and they cancelled it. GARBAGE will never use this site ever. Doesn't matter how low they drop an item they'll just cancel your order. Piece of SH*T store.
