Do not buy from the Palm Store. They will overcharge your credit card.

I found out by accident that the acctual brick and morter Palm store is always cheaper then the online store. I went in the store because I couldn't find something online and they told me the online store is always more expensive. I wasn't happy with my purchase online anyway and was doubtful about using them again.

While they ship fast and customer service was great, two Tungsten Ts I ordered "Open Box" from their factory outlet were either damaged or defective upon arrival. One's software was defective and the other had dents and scratches on the screen. Both would have been obvious if they hand-tested their products before they were sent out.
Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Good deals at the Palm Store, plus fast delivery, and when I had a question, their customer service was great-very helpful!
